Disproportionate fees
Even though the quality of the sunglasses is amazing, I was deeply annoyed by the fees and taxes that added 55€ to the bill : 17€ for delivery (from UK to Paris btw which is beyond ridiculous) and 38€ of custom taxes which was not announced anywhere. I thought I might have to pay something but not that much. When you know the return policy of Lexxola (paying for the fees again and only credit no reimbursement), this is just plain stupid.

Nice product, bad policies
I really like Lexxola and have had good experiences with them in the past. I have always had good customer service from them and appreciate the quick responses. However, I think it's quite underhand for a business that sells glasses that can't be tried on beforehand to implement a exchange or store credit only returns policy during their sale on items that are less than 30% off. Especially when they offer 10% off just for adding something to the cart!

Helpful customer service team
Lexxola’s customer service team was really helpful when I had trouble getting my package delivered, and even promptly sent a replacement when I explained the issue. They replied to emails quickly, answered my questions, and I feel like they “went the extra mile”- plus I love my new sunglasses!

I recently bought glasses
I recently bought glasses, they didnt fit and i wanted to return it, they made it it literally impossible to do that by not accepting and offering gift cards, not offering free returns (its 8 pounds). they dont even have that system online you have to send an email, dont shop here if you are not sure about the model, very bad customer service

Fantastic quality and great customer service!
The order process is super quick and I had my glasses within the week. I purchased a pair of Damien / Black / Orange glasses and the quality is fantastic. They have a good weight to them and feel durable. They also help calm my eyes after a long day of staring at my computer in work. The customer service is also stellar. Thank you Emily!

Delivery cost issues
The glasses are good, there are no lies about the quality or the design on the website, you can trust Lexxola on this point.
Yet, you should know that if you order from a country that is not UK, you'll have to pay governmental taxes.
They usually cost between 30 and 50 dollars if you are in Europe. What I reproach to Lexxola is that they do not tell you this when you order, even if you mention your country of delivering when you buy the glasses.

Where do I even start! LOVE LOVE LOVE
First off these are some of the cutest sunglasses I have ever tried on. I got the Damiens and Sami and they make me feel so confident and fit so perfectly. You can feel the quality immediately even down to the super cute case they come in. I also wanted to give a review because I reached out to the customer service team with a question and they were super fast at answering and incredibly helpful (shout out to Emily). It was my first time ordering from Lexxola and as I am writing this I have 2 more pairs in my cart. This is exactly the type of business I want to support and is worth every penny! Do not order from here is you are in…
Do not order from here is you are in Europe. Not only do you have to pay a 50 Euro tax with UPS but UPS has also said that they tried to deliver the package. The delivery fee was already 18 Euros, so in total if you are in Europe or outside of the UK, you are going to have to pay 68 Euros in delivery. This was the worst experience I had with delivery.
