Amazing customer service. Very helpful and managed to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Had separate interactions with Billy and Faye over two unrelated issues and the support I received from both was exceptional. This shows a pattern of exceptional customer service within the organisation.

As a guarantor the web sire had it's limitations in allowing me to record my income required to be a guarantor. I needed to speak to their advisors on twice to complete the process. The advisors were very helpful. They acknowledged the web site problem, noted the problem and guided me through completing the process. So the web site experience was confusing but the response I received was excellent.

Quick and smooth service. Natasha has done a great job and she made my experience hassle free. Quick updates and clear, efficient communication by Customer service through email and in the app.

First class customer services from agent Hatty Simms. The landlord policy was fully explained and very professional attitude. The package is reasonably priced for today's tenant market.

Legal for Landlords have recently handled a difficult tenant possession case for me, which has now resulted in a successful possession order.

Throughout the process, Amelia Glynn has been excellent. She has been professional, efficient and approachable, keeping me informed of developments and responding promptly and clearly to my questions. She has also been very patient in explaining the various stages of the legal process.

Possession proceedings can be frustrating and stressful, particularly when unexpected complications arise, but Amelia has been reassuring and helpful throughout.

Only complaint is that I got checked by 2 separate AI passport and face scans, yet for some reason had to send my passport again for the reference checks.

I had been in touch with everybody throughout the service. I must honestly say that every body throughout were very helpful, Jordyn, Lynn, Lorraine, Brain everybody great service. Only hassle is ro wait long over the phone to reach out to them, which is obvious. Great and thanks everyone.
