Grace was super friendly and a great help with all the information she gave. Clear and understandable. Amazing customer service

I had a very positive experience with this reference company. The service was professional, efficient, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear, and the staff were supportive and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
The referencing process was handled smoothly, making the rental application much less stressful. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would highly recommend them.

I spoke to Grace and honestly she was amazing, spoke to me about everything they offer in terms of house insurance how much cover we would have and broadband packages. It’s made the whole experience less stressful as I know it’s now sorted. Can’t thank Grace enough, she was professional and very polite. Thank you!

Recently had wonderful experience with legal for landlords. I had my tenancy references completed through legal for landlords.
Brian made the process so easy for me. He remained very helpful throughout the whole process until my case was completed. Brian also considered my request to speed up the process and he proactively worked on my case to complete it before time.

Hi, I'm not going to lie, I've found it very hard work and stressful to try and complete all the reference tasks, no fault of yourselves but because I've never had to do anything like that and I'm not any good with emails and uploading/downloading etc. legalforlandords are very professional in making sure you are the right candidate to take on the property, and are aware of options for things like home insurance, utility services and broadband options. I spoke with Eva who was very polite and very clear on making sure I understood my options, she was also very understanding of my decision to choose to wait until I'm moved and settled into the property before I think about maybe changing things or taking out home insurance, she is helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you Eva.

Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Kieran he was so helpful with helping me with my application, Thankyou so much for your help
