I spoke to a a very helpful lady named Lorraine Lawlor. I expressed my confusion over some questions that had to be answered on a reference check. Lorraine patiently answered my questions and calmed my anxiety, she also offered useful guidance on the way forward. I appreciated the time she took to really listen to me, I ended the call feeling far more positive than when I first made it. It means a lot to me when a company actually makes it possible to speak with a real person rather than a machine. I have rated my experience as I have because of that and because of the level of support that I received from Lorraine.
