I would have given zero stars if there was an option for that.
There online services is so bad.
I ordered 7 items from le chateau. I did not receive one item from it.and after one week when I emailed them they replied back that your that item has been cancelled not giving any reason when it has been cancelled.
Moreover, my credit card was charged twice more than 400 dollars .
This is insane.
Will not recommend.0 stars.
Dont shop online.i wish I had read the reviews before shopping online.

Poor quality, overpriced, customer service sucks!!!
Very bad customer service, online ordered stuff look good in images but quality sucks and are badly stitched. On top of that customer service sucks. 15 day return policy for online ordered stuff even if you were in the hospital for a week and get delayed by a day. They won’t even give you store credit. Looks like they know people will return their online stuff and will do everything to prevent you from doing it. Never buy from this store since they are cheats.i wish the store closes down , don’t deserve a place in Canadian market when stores like bay and Laura take care of their customers

Think Twice before ordering online
Think twice before ordering from La Chateau Online. They are offering very very bad service. If you try to contact customer service people, they never pick up a call and just keep you wait to talk to them and Lucikly if you get a chance they have only one answer for everything that we have to contact our headquarters, which THEY NEVER DO.
It is the worst experience from La Chateau online services. No one tries to fix the problem and help out the customer.
They have really good service in store but online, it's very frustrating.

It's unfortunate they trust Canada Post
Shipping is unreliable (they use basic Canada Post). So, do not order if you are in a hurry (like if it's about a prom dress or something for a wedding).
On the other hand, they never make any mistake with sizes and clothes. I've been a customer at Le Chateau for many years and I trust them.
I also like their sales. There is never any catch and they offer lots of sizes and colors.

Holiday party dress was fantastic
I have been ordering from Le Chateau for years and have never had a problem. I recently ordered a dress for a party, it arrived very quickly but was the wrong size (my fault, not theirs). Return process was easy and I received my refund within a short amount of time. I placed another order for a dress in the correct size and had it rush-shipped. It came within a few days (despite local mail strikes in my home city) and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you for the excellent service! Will definitely shop here again.
