Horrible Please don't order from them again
i placed an order but one of the items was replaced by another one which I didn't order, I filled in z form on website and successfully submitted no answer, tried to call # on their site multiple times, I waited almost an hour no answer, finally we reached to msg one of their agents on FB who said she will forward to CS dept, we waited 2 weeks finally we msg her again, to our shock her reply to contact CS by email and she wrote it on her response
more than a month later they sent me a shipping label in Feb 2021 to return the item which is misplaced for mine, I sent their item back and post canada tracking # showed it was delivered to them, but they didn't refund me till now, i emailed them of course an automatic reply they are so busy returned, now it is almost 8 month from initially I ordered, I can say definitely horrible customer service

I had 2 orders cancelled by Le Chateau, they didn't refund me. I would like my money back!!!!

WATCH YOU CARDS!!!! THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND MADE ME HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR THE COMPANYS STUPIDITY (overdrawn handling fee). Happy they are out of buisness so I don't have to warn people about this sh,itty experiecen.

I ordered shoes late Sunday evening. I never received another email to say if payment had gone through, tracking just said processing but I received them today! (Friday, 5 days later) I was pleasantly surprised. Was not over charged and the shoes are stunning. Thank you very much for the quick delivery. I would definitely buy again from them

I Bought 6 shoes and only 2 fits. 5 of the shoes were size 39 and the 6th, size 40. Only one of the size 39 fits but the remaining 4 of size 39, didn't fit at all. All the 5 shoes were wedge sandals. Getting the shoes out of the box, you could see the shoes were small, then trying to fit in was terrible. The shoe was literally a size 38.
Out of 6 shoes, only 2 fits. Can't be returned because it's final sale. Giving them all out.
My thoughts - don't buy shoes online from Le Chateau, ensure to buy in store to know how exactly it fits. It wasn't specified online that the shoes run small, so most times people buy exact size.

I have placed an order may 8 and my account/orders still indicates that it is 'processing'. If they don't have it, REFUND my money back!!! I got my first order back in april in no time, took advantage of the Deal they had May 8, 2021. Still no response, the customer service, toll free number is useless. Wish there was a way we can cancel the payment.

CHARGED THREE TIMES FOR ITEMS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED, NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY

They charged me double than my actual transaction. It is a credit card scam. Do not go for it. They are looting the people.

CREDIT CARD SCAM! Please do not risk losing money just because of the sales. I just noticed my credit card was over charged by $300 this month. I cannot get through to customer service at all to fix this. I am having to cancel my credit card and start a dispute. PLEASE DO NOT RISK THIS

They looted me! Scamming level 100000! They charged my bank account 3 times for the same items! Items haven't even been delivered yet! They keep charging on my bank account. I am so angry!

Terrible
I placed my order a month ago, nothing was delivered. Emails after emails then 1 out of 3 items came. They don’t even tell me when the other items will be shipped although I was paid in full. Never shop here again

I am firstly upset that I didn’t come here to read reviews before placing my order. I placed an order 7 days ago. They charged my card immediately after stating it will be charged only when the order is shipped. The status still shows processing on my tracking status. Plus the added a second charge to my credit card that I did not approve. They do not answer customer emails and they have no customer service phone line. Don’t waste your money ordering online. I’m giving them 3 more days to get my items to me before I send them a cancel order email and have my credit card company reverse the charges.

I am not a person who writes review but this is unacceptable. So I ordered twice from them, have all the screen shots. I haven't recieved anything from one order and 4 out of 7 items from other. They have been charging me multiple times over this period. When I added the cost , it was double the amount I ordered for . They don't respond my emails and their toll free no is not assigned anymore!! I don't know what to do but please save your money by not ordering online from Le Chateau.

Don’t order from them. I ordered a dress over 3 weeks ago and they say it has been “shipped” but I haven’t gotten any tracking information. I’ve gotten no answers from their customer service.

I have had several orders since they have been clearing house and only had one issue that I am waiting on a resolve for [I was sent one shoe, in a box, wrapped up?!].

Otherwise, they have been quick to ship, deliver and do everything else. I am also waiting on a refund for a blazer I shipped back to them awhile ago, so hopefully I can get this ironed out soon. I recommend only ordering items that are dirt cheap because if not, you can get stuck with a pricey item you CANNOT return. I only buy their shoes and dresses, as they are true to size.

I ordered a dress online over a month ago. I haven’t received any indication of them shipping it. I went online and I see they are still selling the same dress and the same size I ordered in. So I doubt it has been over sold. I messaged customer service twice and have yet to get any answer on my order. I have some hope I will receive it because of some of the reviews on here. But with how long it’s been, I probably lost my money. Would not recommend buying from them.

I was racially discriminated today and falsely accused by the store manager and the Sale team at the Ellice Le Chateau located in Winnipeg Manitoba. The minute I enter the store she threatened to call security if I didn't leave because she received complaint that anytime I went to the store I made them uncomfortable which was totally false. The security guard lied to support what the sales people had told the manager.
She used the word that "I was making them uncomfortable"
In these times where some blacks have been killed based on false information, I felt a victim today at Le Chateau Ellice,Winnipeg Manitoba.
I will report to Human right for the right actions to be taken against them.

Don’t order or buy from them, I received wrong size for many items then emailed the customer service and No response for almost a month. No wonder they’re closing down.

I've always thought that Le Chateau was overpriced so when I heard they were closing down, I decided to take advantage of the markdowns. I ordered a total of 12 items and have received 6/7 over the course of several weeks.

The clothing appears to be incorrectly labelled. I bought a S dress which I'm sure is a large as I gifted it to someone. The slacks I bought in US2 were also extremely large. I cannot return them because they are final sale.

I am hoping that I never receive the other items so that I can keep my money as it was not worth the expense.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
