Très déçu j'ai fais une commande que j'ai jamais reçu le morceau et de plus recommander 2 fois le même morceau que je voulais rectifier j'ai beau leurs envoyé un email aucune réponse et pour avoir la ligne c'est l'enfer la présentement aujourd'hui ca fait exactement 5 heures 15 minutes que j'attends au téléphone qu'ont ma réponde. Donc impossible de les rejoindres

I ordered two weeks ago and since then, only received one email that they are working on my order. I have emailed them couple of times to inquire about my order, but no response. Out of the 5 items, I received only one, without any notification. No contact phone number available either not sure how to contact them

Terrible customer service!

I have 2 orders I’ve been waiting for. 1 Order I’ve been waiting 5 weeks and received 1 of 2 items. The second order I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and received 2 of 5 items. I emailed customer service about my first order and was told “you item will ship this week” that was 2 weeks ago. When I followed up she just said shipping is delayed.

I buy multiple items so I can justify paying shipping - I was already charged shipping on my one order even though it hasn’t fully been processed...,

I’m not sure if they are over selling items... I’ve had order come from China quicker.

Really disappointed.

Processing time is not 3-5 days. I received an email 4 days after my order stating they are “working on it” and haven’t heard back with shipping information since. One item out of my 3 item order showed up randomly today after not receiving any shipping notifications. Why not send all 3 together ? It seems incredibly wasteful to send 3 clothing items separately by mail. Having doubts that the rest of my order will even show up now

I ordered 6 pair of shoes a month back, after reading horrible experiences here i thought my money is gone. But i have received every shoe, new and well packaged, nothing went wrong. They charged me after they shipped the product. Thank God i got lucky

I placed an order about 2 weeks go and keep receiving emails stating that my order is "still in processing and will be shipped shortly". It was mentioned on their website that shipments should take place anytime between 3-5 business days, however that does not seem to be the case. I decided to call the customer service number found on their website and there is no response. Through an automated message, they have asked to email customer service. I followed suit to email them, however no response. There is no way to get in contact with the customer service of this company.

UPDATE: It has now been almost a month since I placed my order. I have received 4 of 5 shoes I ordered and they were all the correct size and unused. There were no emails sent out to let me know my items were shipped and the packages seemed to be delivered via Uber or Lyft (Not by a courier company). I am still awaiting one item which is still processing on their tracking website.

UPDATE: I a still waiting on 1 item, however all of my other items were in brand new condition and my card was only charged for the items that I received. The tracking information appears on the "le chateau tracking" webpage only IF your items state "Shipped" on the right hand side of each item. I am not sure what is happening with my last item, however I was not charged for it.

It is so bad firstly i have to wait for my order so long that i received it one is totally different colour i ordered black and i got white,second i ordered tan sandlas what i received both shoe for left foot ..why you dont guys double check while packaging.. i was trying to email them but they dont respond.. having very bad experience with them . I hope now they will let me know what should i do with this order .

I placed an order almost a month ago for 2 items. One item was great it was shipped and received within a good time frame. But yet i am still waiting for the other item, i have contacted through email multiple times in which they only answered once to tell me that shipping times could be delayed. So next few days past i called them, they just try and push you off the phone. The lady told me it was coming from a different warehouse and would send an email to get them to ship it. Yet its been another week, status still shows processing the order. Not please at all with them.

J'ai commandé une chaussure qui n'est jamais arrivée. j'ai fais une réclamation qui a durée plusieurs semaine. pendant ce temps je commande une autre chaussure, et depuis un mois je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
Au final, on me fait savoir qu'après enquête avec poste canada pour la première chaussure, mon colis a été livré .
impossible de joindre le service client, quand on a la chance de les avoir, le service est tellement nul.

Horrible service. They sell gift cards but do not accept for us to use it in store. They just slowed my only Christmas gift. 100$ lost because they refuse to honor it.

Avoid at all cost! I ordered 9 dresses. They came in multiple shipments over a 2 week time frame. Latest dresses arrived only a few days ago. I tried to return 4 that did not fit and cant process a return because the items are listed as "processed" and not "shipped". I suppose you cant return something that is not "shipped" (even though I clearly have the dresses). Today I went into the system again in hopes that the status updated to "shipped". Instead I now get a message that the items are "final sale and non-returnable". They were not final sale when I ordered them because it said that the items were still returnable. They just changed all their online sales to final sale but it should not apply to my purchases which were made before this change. Now I'm thinking about paying for my own shipping just to get some money back even though I am supposed to get flat rate shipping through their website. My problem is that I dont know where to ship them since there isn't any information available online and according to an in-store employee they moved their warehouse location. I understand that they are shutting down but that's no excuse for any of this. I cant say with certainty that they are trying to deceive customers but it sure as hell looks like it.

I ordered a few items online 3 weeks ago, and they haven't arrived. Customer services only tell lies about where is the status of the order when they replay, the only thing they do is blame Canada post. Even though the items are no even near to be shipped they refused to cancel my order. They are just ripping people off, trying to get the last cent they can before going bankrupt. Please save your money a lot of time and grieve and don't buy any items online.

I've been here a couple of times, and they have gorgeous dresses and pretty tops. But they are overpriced terribly, and even their business closing down sale is awfully pricey. The lowest price of even the most basic looking top is $35. That's hardly a sale for a business that's going out of business, literally. That being said, it was definitely a classy store while it lasted, and I wish it wasn't closing down, because I didn't get an opportunity to shop here often and they have a lot of potential to continue with great styles. Sigh...

I am a regular client of Le Chateau and have ordered numerous items from their site. However, recently, I ordered 4 bags and two tops. three bags and the tops arrived however the other bag did not. Its been almost a month and they haven't got back to me about my order either. I've been charged for all my items and am receiving terrible customer treatment.

I ordered a top and when I received it, it had multiple stains on it. How does a new item of clothing come with stains already on it? Very surprised and extremely disappointed. Customer service said to return it for a refund, which apparently takes about 3 to 4 weeks after they receive it.

I love shopping at Le Chateu especially their dresses. I’m very petite so the XXS size fits me perfectly. Rarely, would I received their products of low quality or I don’t like. When I got a wrong size of the dress (XL instead of XXS), I immediately went to my account and made a return of that item. The following day, I received the return label on my email and shipped it back through Canada Post. I also sent a message on their web form and got a reply within 3 business days. I told them that I don’t want a refund just the correct size of the dress I ordered. Kat, the customer service representative, told me that the XXS will be shipped soon at no extra cost on me since it was their mistake at the first place. Excellent customer service! I was surprised to read the negative reviews here or maybe I was just lucky. Anyway, I really wish they’ll make a comeback someday even just through e-commerce just like Forever 21.

I have been cahrged doubel the amount that I initailly was billed for, teh credit card has 6 transactiosn instead of two as I ordered twice in a day, quality of clothes is just average nothing specail or fancy and teh whoel sale thing is a scam as they charge you twice then what you had on the bill.

I ordered some dresses last Friday and received half of them today. The other half due tomorrow or monday. So far, so good. Excellent Quality. Correct sizing. The dresses are as expected. I'm in Nova Scotia, if that matters.... I have no complaints.

If you also had a negative experience trying to fight for refunds or were sent used clothing, notify your credit card/ or bank and indicate it as fraud. Your bank should be able to reverse the transaction.
