Very professional team picked up the mattress quickly and without any hassle.

Had my Hypnos bed delivered by Keen and Able. Had a call and email the day before to say the time frame when my bed would be delivered. Guess what. .they arrived in the time slot and even gave me a heads up when they were on their way. Took my bed upstairs and even put everything together for me. Friendly polite and professional-just the way I like it. Highly recommended !

One lady I spoke to on phone was very pleasant and helpful but another chap sounded like he hated his life and couldn’t do less to assist, I had to keep asking before he went and got some answers for me. The delivery team themselves were ok but again pretty grumpy and miserable and all they seemed concerned about was getting me to sign a potential damage disclaimer and being on their way as quickly as possible. They seemed shocked that a mattress would need to be delivered up one flight of stairs to… a bedroom! All in all, definitely had worse delivery companies but definitely better so not sure if all the amazing views are just a result of people have incredibly low expectations to start with or if I just got unlucky.

Excellent service arrived on time and very helpful bringing the parcel in to the hall.

The two man team were very helpful and polite, five star 🌟 would definately recommend.

Had new bed and mattress delivered with no problems ,kept up to date before delivery and on the day.Took old bed away,and put my new one in bedroom super fast .Would use them again and recommend the company.Thankyou.

Bought a mattress from mynextmatress delivery by keen and able Text same day as order confirmation if delivery Only slip up no text day before for delivery slot But they did text in the morning confirming time Called 35 mins prior to delivery Brought into room of choice First class throughout

Great service from the two lads, mattress carefully taken upstairs, unwrapped and put ready on the bed. They worked quietly and kindly managed not to wake two sleeping babies in the next room. Would recommend

Once we had received confirmation that the bed was due to be delivered Keen and able took over.
We had constant communication on each step and on the delivery day phone calls from the delivery men.
Once delivered they unpacked and removed all the rubbish.

Much like the other comment here, great communication from the Keen & Able leading upto the delivery. On the day the delivery guys phoned twice, once when they were an hour away and again when they were 20 minutes away. When they arrived they were very polite and courteous, wore over shoes and happily took my mattress all the up to the top floor of my town house. Really great service, couldn't ask for any better.

All my contact with Keen & Able was super simple and easy! They were friendly and helpful, and all communication about deliveries was really clear. They delayed picking up one mattress until they had our other ready to be delivered even though the mattresses were from two separate companies which made it a super smooth delivery and pick up. the two guys were funny, friendly and made a quick job of swapping out a super king matress! Happy with this company ,they were very professional from booking my delivery slot to , contact the day before delivery with a 4 hrs slot and then 20min before arrival.The delivery guys were helpful and friendly .

Great experience with Kken & Able from ordering to delivery. Was kept up to date with phone calls, both before and on delivery day. The young men who delivered my mattress were friendly, and set up my mattress and took away all the packaging. My mattress is fantastic at a good price too! Definitely recommend this company highly.
