Very friendly, helpful and great two man delivery service, would recommend.

Lovely guys, phoned in advance, arrived when expected, friendly and polite.

Ordered a bed, was told I would get a message or a call on the morning of the delivery. No message or call happened. And my bed was delivered to the wrong address. I had to go to the address myself and move the bed and mattress by myself and up 2 sets of stairs, which I had paid for this company to do. I contacted the company asking why it has been delivered to the wrong address and they kept saying, yes it has been delivered. After a while, the 2 men came back and were very rude, swearing and one of them, had a wee on the wall outside (caught on CCTV) and we're saying it was delivered and I should of contacted them to tell them I wanted it delivered to the address on the delivery invoice???? Yes, make sense if that!!! Disgusting company.

Excellent delivery service, communication with admin and price. Would highly recommend Keen & Able. Very professional company.

The guys who came to collect were excellent, came in, protected the mattress tapped up and off they went, less than 5 min, I was contacted 30 min before collection. Great service and the office arranged a quick collection.

Prompt delivery by two very helpful delivery men. Arrived perfectly within the four hour window with a phone call when they were 10 minutes away.
They unwrapped my mattress and took all the packaging away with them. Very friendly and very quick slick delivery.

We hardly noticed our delivery. It was smooth with good communication throughout, from the email confirmation to the actual delivery personnel keeping us informed to make sure everybody's time is used sensibly.

We had our Hypnos bed delivered by Keen & Able. They were excellent. The team kept us informed when the were on their way. The bed and base were delivered and installed very quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
Delighted with their efficiency and politeness.

The two man team that came to return my mattress were both extremly polite and couteous, they went upstairs to collect it and they were very careful. Would highly reccomend.

Excellent service from the 2 man delivery team . They called half an hour before arrival . Friendly and had hilarious banter, was still laughing after they left. The 2 delivery men were from Dundee and are a credit to the company

Fast, efficient and professional. My mattress delivery was executed perfectly by two polite and respectful chaps and old mattress taken away in the same respectful manner. Good communication before delivery was very helpful to let me know they were on their way.

We live 'out in the sticks and are always on edge when a first time firm delivers here. With Keen and Able we need not have worried. The team of two let us know when they were an hour away then found our place first time on time without mishap. The mattress which was heavy was carried in, over a footbridge into our stone cottage and up our steep stairs without a pause for breath. The job was done perfectly without fuss or fluster.

I was initially disappointed that after requesting a delivery date 8 weeks ahead of delivery that no one had actually read the notes. Following a moan on the phone our delivery was improved upon by 1 week. The delivery team however were excellent. They arrived on time, were polite, delivered the mattress to our room of choice and took away all packaging. They also wore shoe coverings to ensure our flooring was protected. The crew explained how to turn/rotate/zip and air the mattress. Great service!

The two delivery guys from Keen & Able were helpful, friendly and polite. They were respectful of my property and I could not have been happier with the service when they delivered my new mattress.
