Keen & Able - Perfectly Done.
Keen & Able were exactly on time. The guys called us 20 minutes before arrival and arrived exactly 20 minutes later. We live on a Farm which is not easy to find but they came staight to us. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. The pick-up was completed perfectly. The service was impressive and I highly recommend the company.

Excellent communications throughout the process, time slot provided a few days before and received a call to let me know there were 30 mins away.
Bed was carried up stairs and assembled quickly with all packaging taken away. Both men were polite and respectful of our property. Some confusion regarding collection of our old bed, however this was quickly resolved with a call to head office to confirm we had paid for collection, ideally the drivers should have been informed to avoid a strained 5 mins.
All in all a very good service and would use them again

From the placement of the order to the excellent delivery of our mattress, the service has been first class. Excellent (and accurate) updates and communication and the delivery team were great. Very respectful of our home and taking care when delivering the mattress to our room. I would highly recommend using Keen and Able!

The mattress arrived a couple of weeks early which was good, and the delivery men contacted us half an hour before arriving and were excellent ,taking care when delivering the mattress upstairs and taking away the old one. Excellent service by all.

Punctual. Didn't moan like some couriers that they carried my mattress upstairs in the building as no lift. Considerate as took their shoes off on entering my property. The job was done effectively with no hassle what soever. Great work

Excellent service
As with a previous preview, the communication was excellent. We had a call when they were about 20 minutes away which was really helpful as I work from home so could arrange my break around delivery. When to 2 men arrived, they were polite, very efficient and respectful, even offering to remove their shoes as they came in. I would definitely recommend Keen and Able. Thank you guys, you did a great job.

Delivery of our new mattress
Delivery of our Hypnos mattress arrived a week earlier than expected, but we had been informed of date and time of the delivery. The 2 delivery men were on time, to the minute having travelled quite a way. Shoe coverings were put on as they arrived. They were polite and professional and very quick in removing the protective wrapper, then taking the mattress upstairs and removing the old one. A job well done. Thank you

An absolutely professional delivery service which arrived exactly on time and the men were most considerate of my home wearing overshoes and being as helpful as they could possibly be.I was really impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a bed 30 November 2022
Delivery was first mid December then cancelled and moved to 24 February.13 weeks later It was delivered mid February base had a big grease mark on side so sent it back. I had to keep phoning because they never phoned once to let me know what was going on or why they messed up. They redelivered a week later only to bring a new base and no mattress as nobody had any idea what was going on. I cancelled and asked for a refund as They have no idea and there customers service is awful.
Still waiting for my refund.

In some cases, we are not able to avoid delivering damaged goods since we are only permitted to inspect the items with the customer.
Unfortunately, some damages are caused by manufacturing problems, and we cannot prevent them.

They removed all packaging assembled bed and replaced the mattress

Two really lovely guys who were polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. This is our second delivery and both were flawless and kept in touch. Would definitely recommend as a delivery company.
