Absolutely awful company, they take no care or responsibility. I would always check with a company to ensure these are not doing the delivery.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Keen and Able. When you see how they handle items, there’s no care and attention.
Parking their large van to block entry of neighbours, and seem to have no regard for littering debris from the van on people’s driveways, hoping that no one is watching, believing they’re not accountable to anyone. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a sandwich.

Delivery partner for Hypnos Contract Mattresses. Scheduled to be delivered 1pm - 5pm. Almost 8pm, still not here. Zero communication, even though the email states you'll be contacted if there's a delay. No ability to contact them until tomorrow. Taken time off to deal with this, removed the old mattress out of the way. Looks like I've got to put it all back. Extremely disappointed.

From ordering to receiving my new mattress, l had excellent service. The sales team reorganised my delivery day and the delivery men were amazing. Was so respectful of my home and friendly. Brought all the bedding to go with it.Excellent service. I love my new mattress too it is so comfortable.

The two men were very polite and considerate, arriving exactly at the time they had phoned through to me. They entered the house after fitting overshoes (felt slip-ons) and were careful of their surroundings as they slipped the king sized heavy mattress to be returned into a polythene cover. Again, they were careful bringing it down the stairs and departed with a cheerful goodbye. Shortly afterwards, I received an email from the Company acknowledging the collection.

This was the very best service I have ever experienced in my long life from a carrier company and I would wholeheartedly commend them to anyone requiring a delivery or collection.

I shall advis my son to use this Company when the time comes for him to remove stuff from my home to his, some 250 miles away, ensuring the very best chance of items being handled with care and respect.

Excellent service could not fault the driver and his assistant ,had to carry the mattress some 8o yds or so as we are off road and in oap flats, luckily ground floor, but could not fault them ,and would recommend them to anyone , keep up the good work
