Fantastic communication before and on the day of the delivery. The guys themselves were brilliant as nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were friendly throughout. I would heartily recommend this company for maximum customer satisfaction.

One of the worst experiences with delivery I had in my life. Firstly, they were not up to date with the services they had to provide and refuse to collect my old mattress despite having paid to do so. Then they asked me to sign a declaration that I'm not responsible for any damages that can occur while moving the mattress up to the 1st floor. The mattress was in the dirtiest packaging I've seen, full of mud and they said they might be damaging the walls when it's clear in their T&Cs that any damages are regarding flooring and carpets. After complaining to their customer services they didn't bother to alter a local truck delivery route to pick up the old mattress later on the same day. I believe they think we are all jobless princesses waiting all day in our homes for a delivery. I'd stay away from them and their partners in the future.

After a disastrous aborted delivery of my 6ft divan bed from another company, Keen and Able were brought in & booked for a second attempt at delivery and assembly. They came to Devon from the Midlands with an extremely early hours drive. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The two gentlemen who came were courteous, on time and immaculate with everything. Even taking away all the packaging of a pre delivered mattress (not their delivery) and also assembled the mattress on the new divan without me asking them too! They wore shoe coverings to save any mess on the carpet and were absolutely brilliant. If I could use them again in the future, I would. Well done Keen and Able. 6* from me. Jacqui Meacham. Very good service. Two guys had protectors on their shoes. Installed divan base and mattress quickly and efficiently and took the rubbish away. Very polite and welcoming.

Great service from this company, 3 hour time slot, the drivers mate phoned and let me know 45 minutes before they arrived. They were very friendly and polite. Unpacked bed and took all packaging away with them. Honestly great experience and can’t recommend them enough.
