Really good service. Friendly, arrived on time, very courteous, wore shoe covers to make sure no dirt was brought in. Actually the best delivery team I have ever received goods from.

Had a mattressdeliveredby Keen and Able. The delivery was both timely and efficient. The two individuals who delivered the item were courteous and pleasant. Have absolutely no problem recommending this delivery company.

Excellent service
Communication was outstanding with regular updates right up to the point of delivery. We actually changed the delivery date in advance, but everything went smoothly, and the person dealing with it was super efficient.
Delivery team were polite, friendly and quick, but were very careful throughout the process.

Cannot fault
Good communication throughout. Given collection date and promised a text the previous day with a four hour slot. That happened. Rang when about 20 minutes away. Professional and friendly. Problem free. Very impressed.

Worst payer company
Worked hard through contractor with them all December and two weeks in Jan,23 ,
They didn’t pay the contractor and they have no money to pay us, shame on them and Hypnos Bed who own them,
We have family and rent to pay
Don’t do this to drivers

On Time with advance phone call
Efficient removal of the old mattress and the new packaging. New mattress vacuum packed and opened with no bother. In and out in a few minutes. Good job done with no fuss.

Very pleasant and professional
Rang to rebook the given delivery date, agent was very helpful and re-organised quickly. Kept informed with updates re delivery day, then with a window the day before. Delivery guys rang to say on the way, about half an hour away, they were very pleasant and professional, even carried the mattress upstairs for me, unpacked and offered to remove the packaging. Highly recommend.

Seamless Delivery Service
The order process was very easy and communication with staff was great. Regular updates were given on the order, including delivery updates. On the day the delivery men called in advance when they were 30 mins away and arrived within their slot, put shoe covers on and brought the mattress upstairs. They took our old mattress away and cleared all delivery packaging too. The mattress was delivered just 2 working days after production. Exemplary service

Mattress delivery.
Prior to delivery of mattress communication about delivery arrangements was excellent and timely. The two delivery men were polite and careful and whilst the route to the bedroom was not straightforward they took it in their stride and to my relief there was no problem. They took away all packaging and ensured all tidy. A very positive and pleasant experience. Excellent service.
