Ordered 40 coping stones
Ordered 40 coping stones, 4 weeks later still no sign of delivery. Not once has anyone from JJ roofing contacted to confirm any details of order or delivery. I have called 5 times. Initially told would be 1-2 weeks for delivery. Come on JJ roofing, this service is not good enough. I have an extensive home renovation project where i have been ordering many items from a wide range of suppliers. This is hands down the worst experience.

Ordered loft ladders wrong ones delivered returned, then sent wrong ones again took 3 times to deliver the correct ones.
Customer service was good and replied, looks like a internal coding error but ment I had to order stock elsewhere as I ran pit of time .

The ordering process was easy, the product rage great, and prices competitive, but when the delivery by a 3rd party went awry, JJ Roofing Supplies, couldn't do enough to rectify the issue.
