Great customer service agents however poor customer service…
The order was received quickly however we ran into an issue with how the order was packaged - which meant it was unable to be delivered because the delivery company would not transport it. When asked to rectify this and send out a replacement - packaged correctly - so the build could continue - we were told this was not possible and we had to either have a refund or wait for the original item to be returned and packaged correctly - but with no time scale on this option.
Customer service agents were friendly and helpful but were unable to facilitate the delivery in the end

My order took a week to arrive
My order took a week to arrive, when I ordered originally ordered it stated it would take 2-3 days, when I contacted the courier company they said they hadn’t received the items to deliver to me.

Their customer service is exceptional. There was an issue with my order and they went out of their way – truly above and beyond – to sort it out so that my job could proceed as planned.
