Regarding your return, as an authorised retailer we follow the manufacturer’s (Velux) returns policy. After contacting Velux directly, you were correctly advised to arrange the return through us, which is standard procedure. We then outlined the applicable return terms, including any associated charges, in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. We understand these terms were not what you had hoped for, but they are set externally and applied consistently.

Great customer service agents however poor customer service…
The order was received quickly however we ran into an issue with how the order was packaged - which meant it was unable to be delivered because the delivery company would not transport it. When asked to rectify this and send out a replacement - packaged correctly - so the build could continue - we were told this was not possible and we had to either have a refund or wait for the original item to be returned and packaged correctly - but with no time scale on this option.
Customer service agents were friendly and helpful but were unable to facilitate the delivery in the end
