What could be so magical is ruined by overpricing of rides and food and shambolic rude staff who it appears just want to herd through people as fast as possible. On two occasions my kids were split up on rides to maximise numbers. Winter Rip Off and terrible customer service, will not be going again.

It was ok, and Munchen Looping is worth it. Howevwr, £8 for a non alcohol juice in the ice bar is rediculous as kids pay full price, ie, £16 for entry. Add to that, tickets cannot be used on another day, so lost if you dont use.

Just on the train back and honestly can say that was the most expensive place I’ve been too for what the value of it actually is worth. Paid £18 for two average hotdogs. People who work there are rude as anything. My boyfriend paid for the circus and they booked it in 20 minutes before we were even allowed in. Honestly just save your money and go somewhere else, a horrible experience overall.

Disgraceful booked refund protection as wasnt sure if i would attend 100% and the scammers kept my money wanted to give them a 0 save your money and watch an xmas movie at home

Were do I start took my 3 daughters to your winter wonderland cost me 20 pounds just to get in the rides are overpriced my daughters went on about 6 rides each costing me over 7pounds 50p a ride that was another 45 pounds each x 3 .that's 135 pounds then of course they want food and drink that was a over priced that pancakes 18 pounds for 2 pancakes then I wanted one more for my 3 girls another 9 pounds then drinks. So this cost me another 25 pounds then I have to eat another 25 pounds ..257 pounds for the evening I will do my best to put this on twitter and my daughters to put on Facebook and websites I even tex the sun newspaper and they got back to me that was a surprise its one big rip off and you know that we will never go back again and have told and emailed all our friends

Outrageous costs for anything once in the gates. Really outrageous. Don’t go. Take your kids somewhere else rather than this scam.

Worst ice skating experience ever. Ice half melted, kept grinding to a halt in slush and puddles. My 8-year-old cried. He’d had such an amazing time at Somerset House ice skating 3 weeks prior, so this was a huge disappointment. We left after 10 minutes. Made an official complaint along with photo and video evidence, but was told the ice was fine and no refunds!
Winter Wonderland is so ridiculously overpriced this year that we didn’t stay. Overall nearly £100 and half a day (including travel to the venue) wasted.
We’re beyond disappointed.

Expensive, staff are unhelpful and not polite in fact they are arrogant and rude, rides are boring and mostly broken. A pancake with sugar and cinnamon cost me £6-50. I recommend to the people and the visitors of London that you boycott this money grabbing event (which used to be a lovely, exciting family and friends day out) to bankruptcy. Just don't bother going. It's just fail.

It’s terrible this year. Won’t be going back. The only thing I can recommend this place for is a lesson in horrific customer service and how to make sure you have no repeat custom. No refunds no exchanges, they wouldn’t care if you purchased 30 seconds ago and you just had a heart attack, they still wouldn’t consider an exchange. Rides breaking while in service, hours of queues even with pre booked tickets and forget doing anything unless you have money to burn (yes it’s expected but they take it to a new level)

Awful, looks magical but all the thousands of people pushing through was ridiculous, why sell that many tickets, everything rushed and overpriced, staff weren't friendly, wasted £100 on rides we couldn’t go on, absolute downer for Xmas, hopefully will find something better while we in London

Sorry its a long one...Having attended winter wonderland the last 3 years. This year, after a rubbish time with covid, myself and my family decided to all go together (8 adults, 2 children) for a day out.
We ended up spending a significant amount of money (you even have to pay to get in now which had changed!!) Around £400+ for the family which is already extortionate, without thinking about food, drinks etc. We booked about 4 attractions (ice Kingdom, zippos circus for the kids, big wheel and bar ice as well as the ice slide and a couple of ride tickets)
On the day, 2 of our family members came suddenly ill and too unwell to attend. When we arrived, my sons hands were freezing (it was beyond cold) so I felt he needed some mittens, a stall sold these- just generic mittens not hand made, just your usual bulk sold on- they were charging £10!!! Toddler size mittens 🫨
After this, we went on a stall, you hook a bag to win a prize-£10 per bag. We won the cheapest teddy bear, the sort from the prize every time grabbers, which even had an eye missing!!

We went to the ice Kingdom, the loud noises scared my son, so had to immediately walk through (no fault of the park!) Then the circus, the older child in our parry was terrified, he's usually fine and the circus was described as from aged 2 but the jokes were aimed at teens and it was just two old guys pissing about, there was one lady "circus performer" that spread her legs in front of my son and far too much was seen- NOT child friendly!! Again we had to leave

Then unfortunately we had a family emergency we had to leave for. Before we went, I went to the box office and explained the situation and asked about a refund on the tickers we hadn't used. I was told yes absolutely, contact customer services and they can see which hadn't been scanned and refund them. Alas, we got home and did just that to be told no refund available. Considering 2 members didn't come due to factors I can't control and then only doing 2 activities after spending over £400 you would think there would be something they could do! Especially as we were told we could do this! The person I emailed couldn't care.

Considering the amount of money this company rip from you, the staff do not seem to have the communicational competency to transfer the correct information and the customer service is non existent, there was no form of help offered to even attempt to help us recoup some of the money spent on nothing.

Absolute money grabbers.

It seems that before it was free to enter. Now you pay £5 per person (+ £1 Booking Fee) just to enter.

They have various entrances, but they are always full of people. There isn't an orderly queue, so everyone is pushing and it's a bit tiring.

Bring less stuff, at the entrance they check your bag.

Once you enter there are no places to sit.
To sit down you have to buy something from somewhere and sit there. I warn you, the prices are VERY high.

Of course, attractions also cost money.
I went on a Monday around 4pm, to get in there was an absurd queue but inside you could walk freely. Be careful that when it rains/snows all the mud is on the ground.

Horrendous 1st time experience will never attend again. Severe overcrowding with no crowd control, large groups of teenagers gives you that youth club atmosphere, not at all family friendly, just large groups of teenagers creating tension no Christmas feeling at all, loud clubbing trance music with mad amounts of flashing lights enough to set anyone off with a seizure. Food over priced with substandard quality. Witnessed a fight/brawl with several lads- security staff shocking, no sense of urgency from them despite a stall holder screaming for security & to hurry up. We were seconds away from being targeted with a 12 week old baby. My partner literally picked the pram up mid air to get away from the fight. At that point we’d seen & had enough so decided to leave. Once arrived home (90mins away) we see reports of a stabbing !!!! Never will I return with my family.

We just wanted to buy a sausage we love , nothing else is eatable in there , and extremely expensive
I am totally appalled how greedy they are this year , we never payed entrance off peak before for many years
The rest of the food is absolutely disgusting , greasy, . This year is the worst I have seen, and we have been every year , we live 4 minutes walk from it Don’t recommend it to anybody , the so called attractions are pathetic , poor families with kids have to spend a fortune on a rubbish line that

Really - this place was my idea of hell. I would avoid going here unless you like long, long queues for very over priced rides and big crowds. Probably not so bad if you don’t have children with you - but avoid at all costs with children, it really isn’t worth the pain. It was extremely cold which didn’t help but to queue for over an hour for the ice slide (does what it says on the tin) - a warning at the very least from the employees operating the ride should have been given at the front of the queue so we could have made an informed decision.

Winter Wonderland has gone diabolically downhill. Overpriced crap, greed, exploitation, dangerous, overcrowded, angry sellers/staff, smells of urine, difficult to enjoy. Pure capitalist greed. Avoid at all costs. This is an exercise in profit extraction. They have increased the number of people but cut costs everywhere - basically just a super expensive muddy carnival. Didn’t even see Christmassy.

Very strange this year. People seemed to be rude. We will probably not go next year.

John the manager helped us go back to the gate as we was lost and he was just fantastic and the other security guy we saw before John was very funny and amazing

We come every year until incident on Sunday night on the kids funfair, when one crazy mum jumped in a queue with her kids, when I said to her not to do it, she started to shout , then one guy in a blue jacket came up to me and sad that assaulting her and said to leave the park, really?! You return all my money what I spent in this park and I am happy to leave. Such an IDIOT!!! The security staff are useless and horrible. Customer service appaling, they can not deal with any situation
