Over priced and filled with people you wouldn't want to mix with. avoid!

I purchase 3 artic adventure tickets for myself and 2 kids, we attended winter wonderland on December 22nd and did the ice rink and ice kingdom etc but due to cues we didn’t have much time before having to get the train back which we decided to use our £20 credit each to do games

We had no problem with the credits all day till about an hour before we were leaving and it would accept our qr code which there was £12 on one and £8.00 on the other but wouldn’t let us use

So I’ve paid for a package which included £20 of credits each which you haven’t provided as there was £20 of credits we couldn’t use

I’ve emailed them 3 times we no response , absolute joke of a company and will not be going again

Lots of live music and entertainment, nice atmosphere. Quite overpriced and crowded in the beer tent. Mr Bratwurst’s was disappointing, with onion jam instead of proper onions, buns cut in half creating accidents, and the only ketchup available was curried ketchup. A reasonable experience but improvement needed

I am writing this review out of serious concern for customer safety, particularly for children.

On 29th December, I visited Snow Jet at Winter Wonderland London with my 6-year-old daughter. I nearly experienced a fatal accident on this ride.

Before boarding, I explicitly asked staff whether the ride was suitable for children. I was told the only requirement was a minimum height of 100 cm. My daughter is 104 cm, so she was allowed to ride.

This criterion is dangerously insufficient.

The ride relies solely on a single safety bar. There are no seatbelts or secondary restraints. Once the ride accelerates, the forces applied to the body are extremely strong. Rapid gear changes, sharp turns, and sudden jerking movements create intense G-forces that require significant upper-body strength to resist.

A child of this age and size does not have the physical strength to hold themselves securely under these conditions. During the ride, I had to crouch over my daughter and use all my strength to hold her in place. Despite this, she almost slipped from my arms. I am of athletic build, and even I found it extremely difficult to hold on.

This is not a matter of fear or discomfort. It is a serious safety failure. Height alone does not equate to physical capability. Allowing young children on a high-force ride with minimal restraints puts them at real risk of injury or worse.

At an absolute minimum, this ride should be fitted with proper safety belts. More importantly, children under the age of 10 should not be permitted to ride, regardless of height.

I strongly urge the operators to reassess the safety standards and age restrictions for Snow Jet before a serious injury or fatality occurs.

Overpriced FOOD the quality is rubbish £14 for a sausage roll £18 for a shawarma, rude people at the stands, nit child friendly the worst funfair in Europe

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience - Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. On 30 December 2025, the Aeronaut ride manager deliberately slowed the normal queue to push express tickets, leaving people waiting over 90 minutes in freezing temperatures.
When I tried to speak to the manager, I was completely ignored. Worse, while securing the safety harness, the ride manager lifted my skirt without consent, which was humiliating and inappropriate. I was then forced to sit through the ride exposed in near-zero temperatures.
This is not just poor service — it is unacceptable staff behaviour and a complete lack of respect for visitor safety and dignity. I would strongly advise management to review staff training and conduct immediately.

We went yesterday, and the experience was awful despite the iconic Christmas entertainment. It felt like a total scam. The staff no friendly faces, rushed everyone, and had a very bad attitude.
In the Santa Land section, they charged £12 for the kids’ train ride — and they even charged me as well just for accompanying my children. The ride lasted only about 45 seconds. Another play area was just as disappointing and extremely short.
Everything felt overly commercial and poorly managed. Honestly, I don’t think Londoners will fall for this money trap next year.

I just want to share my experience at Bluewater Winter Wonderland, and I really hope something will be done about it.
The experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were absolutely miserable and unwelcoming — not just one or two, but almost everyone managing the rides. There was a complete lack of professionalism, and the overall attitude made the visit uncomfortable from the start.
What was most upsetting was how one of the ride attendants spoke to my young daughter. She was visibly scared, and instead of being reassuring or kind, the staff member was rude and intimidating. She is a child, and no child should ever be spoken to in that way at what is meant to be a family-friendly attraction.
To make matters worse, several staff members were openly smoking, and there was a strong smell of weed and cigarettes around the rides. This is completely unacceptable in a place meant for families and children.
For the prices charged, I expected a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

Newport Winter Wonderland should have 0 for the way staff treat paying customers!! Absolutely shocking!

A lovey security guard went out of his way to apologise to us for the way we were spoken to by a women in the Ice Skating Rink. After she literally snarled at us! On google reviews and on here several people said the same about her appalling attitude! Only when we spoke to the owner about our treatment he declared she was his best member of staff. Well GOD Help us if someone that snarls at paying customers is Newport Winter Wonderlands best member of staff!!

The place is dirty and scruffy! Everything is seriously overpriced. We will never return! The place was practically dead and we now know why!!

We should have listened to the all the bad reviews as each and everyone is spot on! It really is awful.

Do read all the reviews and don't waste your time or hard earned money on such an awful place!

Shocking!!!

Hamzah khawaja shined the scanner light in my eyes. There no reason for him to press the button when we were a meter away. He was waving it in my eye as we walked towards him. Then he turned it off and on when he was about to scan. My eyes really hurt. Like a lot. So why not turn it on as your about to scan why hold it chest level and wave it in my eyes for a few seconds with a smirk. I want to speak to someone in charge. And will even speak to lawyers. Even when I tried to step to the side he moved it in that direction. So it’s clear that it was intentional. Iam a dentist and my eyes are very important to me. Yes I did step away and also did close my eyes which is hard when people are stepping around you.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR A WOMAN. I was assaulted by a member of staff, and the way this situation was handled was shocking.

My friend and I are young women. We paid extra for fast-track tickets for one of the rides and queued together. When we reached the front, the staff member told us we could not sit next to each other and said the seats were not reserved. I explained that we paid together specifically to ride together, not to be separated and sit next to strangers. He responded rudely and said that was not his problem.

We then calmly said we were happy to wait for the next turn and let others go ahead of us. When the next turn came and we stepped forward, the same staff member told us to go all the way back to the end of the queue. I asked what the point of paying extra for fast track was if we were being sent to the back. At this point, he began shouting aggressively and physically pushed us multiple times.

I told him this was assault and shouted for help. We did not end up going on the ride and tried to leave to request a refund. Another staff member (a bald man) then started shouting at us, saying they had seen us on CCTV and repeating that the seats were not reserved. I asked him to provide the CCTV footage so I could show what actually happened. He refused to do so. When I explained that his colleague had assaulted us and there was no justification for that behaviour, he said, “You gave him a reason.”

The staff were clearly not trained to handle conflict, and their behaviour was intimidating and unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the police. No one should be treated this way, especially after paying extra, and I am certain this would not have happened if we were men.

First of all staff is extremely rude without any valid reason. Some of them seemed to be proper krakheads, just hiring anyone. Three of us wanted to go to a ride but paid at a wrong location which was for another ride next to the one we wanted. Asked the guy i paid too if he can refund so we can go to the other one, he rudely said no mate this machine is just to charge i cant do nothing about it, do you see this machine. Then i had to ask him if there is any way to get help, he was not sure and just said you need to go to customer service. After finding some customer service they simply said they cant do nothing about it. So it is same as stealing your money, when you accidentally give them to someone and they will not give them back to you. They have no refund policies from what I understood.

Second issue is that we paid a great price to go to the big disney circle, if i paid the money I want to enter in the pod only with my friends and i told the guy, he ignored and proceeded to bring 2 other people in so the pod was full and awkward and we could not even take any picture in piece. So they just take your money and do not try to provide any customer satisfaction at all they do the opposite.

Not even talking about the prices as they are extremely high for the quality of service they offer but of course they don’t care for customer satisfaction as long as demand is high. That place is very unregulated.

No wonder why they do not create an official review page.

We visited on the 21st of December. Arrived for 2.20 and queue was surprisingly very quick. Took less than 15mins to get in. Was nice to visit during the day, then to see everything lit up when it got dark. Did get busier in the evening as expected but nothing too crowded or uncomfortable. I agree with the review that the rides were overly priced. I paid £10 to go on one ride with my nephew. All the games stalls were really overly priced, £5 for 1 go. The prizes weren't worth the amount you'd have to play to win them. There are signs at each stall saying you need to hit a certain target to win the big prize, hence having to pay for more go's!. The variety of food was good. It is an expensive day out but overall we enjoyed it.

Overall, it can be a nice experience depending on what you choose. However, I am leaving **2 stars solely because of the real ice slides**, which have become really bad. This was the **only attraction my daughter was looking forward to**, and after waiting in the queue for **over an hour**, she ended up **injuring her back**.
The ice slides are **no longer safe** due to the drop added at the end of the slide. Coming down at speed, you hit this drop abruptly, causing a hard impact on the lower back. This change is dangerous and completely unacceptable.
This is something we do **every year**, but this year was extremely disappointing and has put us off returning. Please take this complaint seriously and **improve the safety of the ice slides** before someone gets seriously hurt.

During our visit to the air section, we had an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member responsible for photography. While the staff member was away, several visitors before us were taking photos on their phones, so we reasonably assumed it was allowed.
When the staff member returned, she approached us in an aggressive manner, physically trying to block my phone camera without explaining that personal photography was not permitted in that area. There was no verbal clarification or guidance, only confrontational behavior, which felt unnecessary and unpleasant.
Clear communication would have avoided this situation entirely. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected our experience at the exhibition.

I have enjoyed the experience, but I find it strange that a camera is not allowed in. Considering it's one of the main reasons I'd want to visit, I'll not be returning. Why wouldn't personal cameras be allowed in?

I've asked for a refund since they wouldn't let me in, and it was refused. Reference number 124425078.

I contacted Winter Wonderland Customer Services regarding an issue and made it clear that I was not requesting a refund. Despite this, across multiple replies, my concern was repeatedly treated as if the issue was my own responsibility.

The responses focused on stating that wait times are long, that paying for FastTrack allows faster access, and that refunds are not available. This was not what I was raising. My actual concern was never addressed, and it did not feel that my feedback was listened to or properly understood.

Won't be going again, overpriced and overcrowded. Engaged with 12 members of staff only 1 of them showed a modicum of enthusiasm... "hurry up and leave we want to go home." I'm sorry but if you hate the job that much... find another job... people have paid a small fortune to come to the event. Such a shame as this had the potential to be amazing instead its and unprofessional unorganised mess.

Absolutely awful and a total rip off. Everything is so tacky and yet the minimum game was £7 for one go, with most ‘destinations’ like the ‘ice sculptures’ costing £23pp! Far too many people to make it in any way enjoyable, and everything is built for quantity not quality - definitely will never go again.
