Are you a private equity company who owns this who just goes for profit profit profit. You tried to get two families to get on the wheel and mine without a mask. Civid secure. No chance. My wife won a prize, bloke won’t give it and became aggressive. It would be what job or business you think you will develop next. I turned up the next day to speak to some one, guess what customer services could not turn up.. I contacted the lady who was responsible for the park. Phone tuned off. Are you aware you have your business in a royal park. I will contact the park as well if you don’t reply to my details I passed on.

OMG - it's so true what ohers are saying - I booked tickets in October to take my son, partner & baby grand daughter, and my daughter and 3 other grandchildren. My eldest grandson's birthday is actually Christmas Day so they were soo excited.
Living in Lincolnshire, my daughter, grandkids and I were to travel down to London to meet up with my son and all go to WW together however, yesterday my 6yr grand daughter tested positive, (and she's really quite poorly with it), last night my son got a positive for omicron result and this morning my daughter also tested positive! Totally devastated that our Christmas together will be ruined for a 2nd year running was bad enough, but to then discover WW won't refund for something totally out of my control let alone on a moral level stinks!! How disgusting and shameful. LNER who I booked our train tickets with, have issued a refund after I sent the positive result proof to them, no further fuss. :( MERRY BLOODY CHRISTMAS!!!

This a joke they're did tell you about you need to get C19 Test before the event I email them and say sorry no refund allowed and well not be visiting Hyde Park winterwonderland every again Refund should be issued this year if the event was cancelled they're would have to issue them this the biggest joke going you lot should be ashamed of yourselves and If could go lower I would the 1 star to 0 I would yoh lot made me very angry this illness is very bad and I lost my Dad in Sep and mum also Nan being in out off Hospital and you lot still did give a damn about anyone other then yourselves and only your book of roles still should gone out the window this year new you got a complaint on your hands

Useless to spend money when they deny a refund because some of their rules mean you can no longer attend the event! Can’t get in touch with a human and they send the same repeated horrible message. I will avidly encourage nobody waste their money on this poorly managed money grabbing event.

Rude staff, overpriced, overhyped, missed 2 events (already payed) because we turned up at the correct time and not 20 minutes before (that was £60 down the drain). Experience so dreadful made my girlfriend cry on her birthday. Thanks I wont be coming back.

DO NOT GET THE PRE PAID FOOD VOUCHERS!!! Our experience was generally excellent at winter wonderland, but we bought Bavarian lunch vouchers in advance at £23 per person and when it came to try and spend them, no one working on any of the food stalls would accept them or knew what to do with them. Eventually we learned that you had to go into one single area with very limited food options, where they would accept the vouchers - there were literally hundreds queuing. Took us 2 hrs to get our (cold) food - really awful! Just buy from the many food stalls with cash - it’s quick & reasonably good value.

Winterwonderland very poor service too expensive,too packed not enough interaction games.The park it self looks dirty the only thing I liked was the ice skating.Food too expensive not worth my money again .

You lot should stop doing this bill crap winter wonderland,you lot should call it dirty wonderland!!!

£13 hot dogs, the whole place is a money spinner and not worth it. Spent £150. Wish I didn't go. Won't be going back.

Astonished by how expensive 9.00 for most rides and any money you place on your prepaid card that is not used they keep you can not use it next Christmas outrageous. Overcrowded long waits for popular rides.
Food expensive and environment very dirty if you can get a seat to sit down to eat!!!!
Loved the pre booked circus that was better value.
Would not go back wish Thorpe Park Was open at Christmas much better value

Overall Winter Wonderland is very expensive. However, it is the Snowman Experience that was particularly disappointing and falls well short of the marketing description. What it actually is is the Snowman movie shown in 3 different rooms:

Room 1 - below and to either side of the screen it is made to look like the inside of the house. But all that happens is that certain items of furniture are lit up when they appear on screen.

Room 2 - the flying through the air part of the movie. Stand in front of a large curved screen. Watch middle part of movie in poor quality (fuzzy and pixelated) - difficult to see what is happening - whilst a light is shine in your face occasionally and a smoke machine effect is used

Room 3 - sit either side of a double sided screen with a large table below set out for a party. This is lit up whilst the movie plays. A person dressed as a snowman walks through whilst the movie is playing and high fives the kids.

That is it for £50+ for a family of four. Very poor. Expected much more interactivity and movement, e.g. a 4D experience with a 3D screen and moving seats, especially when flying.

Very disappointing. Just watch the movie at home.
