Customer service was respectable down to earth . The Pricing is reasonable. I've been here twice it is my new go to garage you can sit and wait or pop in to town whilst waiting for your car to be fixed.They keep you informed when it's ready.

I’ve been to Lancaster HiQ a few times now, and every experience has been great. The staff are always kind, efficient, and professional.

A special thanks to **Matt**, who was incredibly helpful during my recent visit. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car and patiently answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to help.

They explained what the fault was that they had found at the MOT test and what needed to be done.
They then did the job and I then became the happy recipient of an MOT certificate for my vehicle.

Having spoken with the office in Colchester I found the young man on the phone very helpful. I booked the tyres online and he later confirmed everything on an email and gave me a call too.
I had an opportunity to arrive a day early and spoke with them again and they were extremely accommodating.

Excellent service from the team at Helston, who went above and beyond to get my brakes and suspension coil fixed on the same day, at short notice, enabling me to safely journey home. They kept me informed every step of the way, gave a clear quote on the work to be done, which was very reasonable and were professional and courteous from the initial call to the final sign off. Thank you to Treve and Tommy, you saved the day for me! Highly recommended.

Spoke to Mark on the phone about a puncture and he asked me to bring it in in an hour or so. He was quick to check it and fortunately it could be repaired so he got on with it. It was all done and dusted before I had chance to finish my coffee! He loaded it back in the car for me and I drove away very happy with the excellent service.

Overall it was a friendly environment and good service. We don’t go anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

Turned up to get puncture repair 10 minutes before closure time (unknown to me). The lads stayed open and did the repair anyway. They really could not have been more helpful.15

They were able, not only to replace my tyres, but my break pads on a moments notice. Awesome bunch and great service from start to finish.

Turned up at 8:30am on spec with 2 flat tyres. Peter and Freddy got my van back on the road within the hour. Great Service.

I was fitted in the same day I called with the issue for them to have a look and they even carried out the work on the same day. Faultless service, very polite, friendly staff and very reasonably priced.
