I called in this morning as my driver side wouldn't close. Peter spent ages taking the door panel off and trying to get the window panel back up. Eventually two of his colleagues came to help. They tirelessly kept going determined to get my window up as I needed the car for my two grandchildren tomorrow. I have never seen three mechanics work together so well. Thank you guys for sorting it out for me. You are my garage from now on. Amazing service 👏 thank you 😊 Andrea

broken bonnet and oil refill
Loan female driver - broken bonnet and oil needed filling
Team was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was seen straight away and the team were able to quickly figure out the problem with the latch system and was able to fix this and filled the oil. I would highly recommend to anyone especially female drivers nervous about going to a garage.

I have hit three potholes which have bust my tyres each time. HIQ have sent their mobile tyre van to fix each one. Fantastic service would highly recommend.

Informative, friendly mechanics
My fiancé brought our car in for new tyres, the service was great, mechanics we spoke to were informative, helpful and friendly. The job was carried out quickly even with an issue being found and another part needing ordering which came in quickly.

Excellent service
Had a fantastic experience with this garage. The service was efficient and professional from start to finish and the staff were friendly, helpful and clearly very experienced. They ordered and replaced my car battery and also ordered and fitted new tyres quickly and without any hassle. Really impressed with the quality of service - highly recommended.

Superstars
These guys never fail to impress. I fell foul of one of lancasters cavenous potholes which split the tyre beyond belief. I limped my way to the garage late at night and had to abandon it. By 8.45 the next morning the had sourced the new tyre and had it all fitted by the afternoon so I didn't miss my hospital appointment. Superstars.

Helpful as always. Got me in the next day for a tyre change, and a new battery. Also gave good recommendations for engine steam cleans after I found vermin in my car .
