Very impressed with SK:N Nottingham. Dr Tracy Xu did a mole removal for me and I’m really happy with the whole process. Nina has also been really helpful and supportive during treatment, it’s also healing really well. I have previously had other treatments here and they’ve healed well and scarring minimal. Thank you!

Dr Odeke was amazing - super thorough and kind when I wasn’t feeling very well. He answered all my questions and told me what he truly believed was best for my skin.

Alivia is very knowledgeable, willing to explain things and answer questions. She made me feel very comfortable during the consultation and patch test. I have not yet had a full treatment.
There was initially a problem booking a future appointment and I was promised that I would be called to book nearer the time but this didn't happen and then when I remembered to make contact there were no appointments to match my availability; this is why I am unable to give 5 stars. Contacting the clinic can be difficult, though the call centre is generally good, it would be good to be able to reach the local staff. There is a parking space for visitors to use for free if you register your number plate.

The Manchester One clinic is modern, and equipped with the latest technology, creating a comfortable and professional environment. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

A special mention to Milisa, who carries out my laser treatments. She is very gentle, and reassuring. She always takes the time to make me feel comfortable and eases any nerves I may have. She is also very thorough with the entire process, from the pre-treatment care to the laser treatment itself and the aftercare. I really appreciate how attentive and professional she is.

Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience here and feel I’m in very good hands. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser hair removal! 😊

Cardiff branch - I honestly couldn’t recommend Teona enough for laser hair removal! She is so friendly, approachable and easy to talk to, and always makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s chatty which helps take your mind off the experience and makes it so much easier. She’s also incredibly helpful and makes you feel completely looked after throughout every appointment.

A special mention to Stephanie too, who is always so friendly, approachable and welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door and is always happy to help with anything.

These people are a waste of time and money. Having paid £50 and signed up for wart removal by laser when I arrived I was then charged an additional £135 for a 10 minute consultation in which I was told they don’t do laser removal. I was scammed, do not trust them.

The staff were all welcoming and polite. My consultant, Kate, took the time to clearly explain my skin condition and truly listened to all my concerns before recommending the best solution. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

I am halfway through my tattoo laser removal with Katrina and I can’t believe my results already, they have faded so much after only 4 sessions! It’s made a huge difference to my confidence and Katrina has made me so comfortable throughout the process!
