Service as it should be.
Made the initial enquiry regarding a Fender Vintera Roadworn 60’s Telecaster in Blonde, and Matty was happy to oblige with the requested photographs and other information requested to enable me to decide.
Once purchased the guitar was promptly packaged and dispatched as requested with all hang tags and case candy in the original shipping box etc.
The guitar arrived promptly with full tracking and the guitar was better than expected.
Thanks to Matty and the team at Merchant City Music.
Highly recommended!

My jet guitar from merchant city
Well from ordering the guitar to it being delivered was fairly short time ,as some company's take near a month , the item was well package for protection abd was playable straight out the box , although I always tweak neck truss and string height , but that's just a personal thing , also the company kept me well informed as in how things were proceeding as in where the guitar was and when exactly I'd get
I certainly will be using again although I just travel to the store itself in Glasgow

They raised a parcel search and successfully delivered your order the following day. We also refunded your delivery charge, as DPD did not meet their service commitment. Outstanding service and a special mention to Matty who kept in touch from my initial enquiry, to purchase to despatch.
The Falcon was very well packaged and was delivered the next day, as assured, having had a set up before leaving the showroom.
I would happily buy from Merchant City Music again and I would add this isn't my first purchase from them.
This is the best part, the Falcon was £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

First class service!
I've been looking for a particular guitar case for my Reverend baritone guitar and had trouble finding anything in the UK until of course I came to Merchant City Music. I took the plunge and ordered and paid online for the guitar case. The process was really easy to do and faultless, I was kept up to date with my order and its progress and notified when it was ready for delivery. It arrived in perfect condition and in good time. The people at Merchant City Music got it absolutely spot on and I will definitely be looking to use them again when searching for musical products.
