On purchase of my new bed
On purchase of my new bed, I was looked after by Fiona at the Stamford store. When the new bed was delivered to me, it was good to have the old bed taken away and the new one assembled. Thank you for the friendly and professional service given by Fiona and the 2 guys who delivered the bed.

I received a phone call to confirm delivery and the delivery crew were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All packaging was taken away and the new beds are very comfortable.

Sleep easy
From the moment I stepped into the shop to the day my new beds were put into my home. Every step of the way was so easy. Very friendly professional staff. Helpful knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service from the Stamford store
Amazing service. We called into Stamford at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Fiona was fantastic, gave us lots of honest advice and a great choice of comfy mattresses. Our two new mattresses were delivered on the Monday with our old ones taken away. Other places had told me I would be waiting 4+ weeks!!. The delivery team were equally as great. They were friendly and helpful and provided a great service. I had wasted a whole day going to big chain stores and been sold to by pushy salesmen and I shouldn’t have bothered because Fitzgerald were amazing!! Going forward it’s the only place I’ll go when I’m looking to replace beds and mattresses. Such a brilliant service.

How lucky we are to have an excellent bed company so close. Having used Fitzgerald's before we returned for a new mattress. Not easy to please two people who will use the bed. After a good look, testing, and lots of advice we finally decided on one. My partner was like Goldilocks. Rang back and ordered, short delivery time three weeks, excellent delivery team. Most importantly we are delighted with our choice. Thank you.

Delivery of bed
The attitude of the delivery people was very off asked for a call half an hour beforehand nothing when asked was told well its our last delivery and we want to get finished, no apology nothing everything was just dumped. Considering they are the face of the company not a very good one but the sales staff at both stamford and bourne were very helpful and very knowledgeable
