Thankyou for a wonderful experience in choosing our bed is very sturdy and comfortable and would definitely recommend.
Fitzgerald done a wonderful job in helping us choose the right bed, the staff are very helpful and the delivery was prompt and when the bed arrived the delivery guys the bed upstairs for us. Building the bed was a bit of as task but the bed is very sturdy and comfortable. Thankyou Fitzgeralds.

Sleep easy
From the moment I stepped into the shop to the day my new beds were put into my home. Every step of the way was so easy. Very friendly professional staff. Helpful knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service from the Stamford store
Amazing service. We called into Stamford at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Fiona was fantastic, gave us lots of honest advice and a great choice of comfy mattresses. Our two new mattresses were delivered on the Monday with our old ones taken away. Other places had told me I would be waiting 4+ weeks!!. The delivery team were equally as great. They were friendly and helpful and provided a great service. I had wasted a whole day going to big chain stores and been sold to by pushy salesmen and I shouldn’t have bothered because Fitzgerald were amazing!! Going forward it’s the only place I’ll go when I’m looking to replace beds and mattresses. Such a brilliant service.

How lucky we are to have an excellent bed company so close. Having used Fitzgerald's before we returned for a new mattress. Not easy to please two people who will use the bed. After a good look, testing, and lots of advice we finally decided on one. My partner was like Goldilocks. Rang back and ordered, short delivery time three weeks, excellent delivery team. Most importantly we are delighted with our choice. Thank you.

Delivery of bed
The attitude of the delivery people was very off asked for a call half an hour beforehand nothing when asked was told well its our last delivery and we want to get finished, no apology nothing everything was just dumped. Considering they are the face of the company not a very good one but the sales staff at both stamford and bourne were very helpful and very knowledgeable

We are repeat customers at Fitzgerald’s due to their great customer service and knowledge. From the start of the process of discussing our budget and preferences with Fiona in the Stamford store. Everything was delivered on time as promised and the delivery team were also good.

New Bed for health reasons
It was simple to go along to the shop in Bourne and choose the bed. We were told delivery would be approximately two weeks. This was absolutely spot on and the bed was delivered by two strapping men who took away two very heavy single Adjustamatic beds in a cheery manner!

Helpful and knowledgeable people
The lady in the showroom was very helpful, even letting me in before she had opened up, and not pushy at all.
Ordering was very easy and delivery was 3 weeks later.
I received a phone call a couple of days before to confirm date and time. The delivery men were very friendly and took it all upstairs.
