La información recibida desde que se realizó la compra ha sido muy buena.
Solamente quiero decir que la quinta estrella no la he concedido porque en el día de ayer recibí notificación por parte de Royal Mail indicándome que se había realizado un intento de entrega fallido y me habían dejado una notificación en mi buzón. Ninguna de las dos cosas fueron ciertas. Siempre hubo alguien en casa y no se dejó ninguna notificación.
He recibido hoy el producto y muy contento con su diseño y calidad.

I was very impressed by the speed and quality of the advice I received by email at the beginning. And once I placed my order, for delivery to Switzerland, the shipping was incredibly fast. There were no additional customs fees. I haven't tried the product yet since it's a Christmas present for my daughter. But given the quality of the service, I'm not worried. Thank you so much.

Order send to the wrong address
I order from Austria, the payment was collected but I never received the product as it was sent to the worng ZIP code for whatever reason. Started a claim and corespondence went on for weeks, promisses for a re-delivery have been made but niothing happend. Finally they presented me the delivery note which clearly showed the wrogn ZIP code which is a proof that I never got it.
Update - Bantoro approached me and showed proof that it was send twice but it seems that Royal Post or Austrian Post delivered two time to the wrong address. Finally Bantoro erfunden the payment fully.

We have just processed a full refund of £35.00 GBP to your PayPal account for order #5592. You should see this reflected shortly in your PayPal balance.
As we explained earlier, both of your parcels were shipped with the correct address and postcode (8833) clearly printed on the postage labels. Unfortunately, Royal Mail’s Austrian delivery partner routed them to the wrong postcode (8842) both times. This was entirely outside of our control, and we have already opened a formal investigation with Royal Mail to determine why this happened.

This is my second order
This is my second order. Previously I was very happy and satisfied with everything. This time Bantoro even achieved a higher level of customer satisfaction.
I needed a whip for the upcoming weekend. And when I contacted the customer service, they could not promise me a guaranteed delivery date other than an expected ETA of 3 - 5 days, also due to possible customs delays. Totally understandable.
I had faith in Bantoro because last time, it took only four days from the UK to NL.
I ordered the whip on monday and it was shipped the same day because they wanted to make sure I got it on time. It was delivered on wednesday early afternoon!!!
Still love the quality of the whip for a great price, and your customer service is next level.
