I bought a bed and mattress and I had to send it back due poor quality I was sent a replacement which was no better! Not happy at all

Sadly was impressed with this company until I had issues with the quality of my headboard. They tried to replace it but it was a different colour so the delivery driver took it back Unfortunately no longer responding to my emails anymore

DO NOT BUY. I bought a bed from them and the material looked cheap and tacky. did not look good at all. I applied for a return which they accepted and said they would come to collect. They then made up some crazy excuse that the warehouse flooded so i couldn't return until they were back up and running in a couple weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks and they are ghosting my emails, the phone number doesn't work. Terrible quality product and terrible customer service. Luckily I am putting a dispute via klarna to get my money back. But I have had this awful bed sat in my hallway for 6 weeks.

The strangest experience. My wife and I had been deliberating purchasing a headboard from Mr Slumber for over a year. Finally decided it was the one for us. I ordered it, received a confirmation email and shop status. Received an email stating it had been despatched. However the unit never arrived and when I tried to dial the number, it didn't exist. So I emailed the company and received a one line email of "the delivery van has been caught in an accident and now cannot deliver".

My order was cancelled by Mr Slumber and at this point I feared I'd lost £179. However, they replied to my email requesting the refund and it was received within 48 hours. The website now doesn't work and also all products are now not showing. Felt like the minute I bought something, it all changed.

Either way, despite the odd experience I got my money back, but be careful if you're buying something.

Was supposed to be delivered thursday, waited in all day and it was no where to be seen. tried contacting them then got a response 2 days later saying they're cancelling my order. Lack of communication and customer service is appalling. It's already been a week since I ordered the bed why not tell me sooner?

The beds themselves are fine.

However the process of delivery and assembly has ensured I will never order again or recommend.

A man turned up (3hrs past the arranged delivery time) in quite frankly the most disgusting old van. He used a bed part from another order to prop open his shutter door. He then was visibly annnoyed about being asked to remove his shoes. I don’t expect this is an outlandish ask to be honest.

When he has finished assembling the beds I was in the middle of accepting another delivery (it’s a new build house and we wanted to set up big furniture before doing the big move), he scurried past me saying good bye, got in his van and drove off.

I went up to check the beds and not only had he muddled up the foot boards so two needed to be later swapped over, but he had scratched at least one wall in every room he had been in (we had 3 beds delivered). One being so deep it had also dented the wall and needed a proper repair, not just a sand and paint. These rooms were empty double sized rooms, there was more than enough room to move around.

When I contacted MrSlumber I was informed it wasn’t their responsibility to cover any damages, but also that the delivery person isn’t part of a company that can be contacted. He’s essentially a man in van. No apology was offered, no gesture of good will.

Before buying my bed I asked lots of questions online which were all answered promptly. After ordering communication was excellent - even when delivery could not be made I was contacted early so I wasn’t waiting all day.
When the bed arrived it was really well wrapped and the two man delivery service was excellent. When unwrapped the bed was beyond my expectations in terms of fabric quality and design. It was easy to assemble and I was amazed at the quality of the mechanism for the gas lift as well as the quality of the fixings for assembly.
In all the bed is really well constructed, carefully upholstered and is absolutely excellent. I would definitely buy again from Mr Slumber.

We ordered three beds off Mr Slumber, two double beds and one super king size. All three are fabulous, arrived exactly when they said they would and my husband put them all together on his own so they are well put together and straight forward to assemble - would definitly recommend

I can’t recommend this service enough! It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. Delivery was prompt, communication was quick and helpful, and the driver went above and beyond—patiently explaining how to assemble the bed and even volunteering to help fit a tricky part we were struggling with. Outstanding service from start to finish. Bed is beautiful! Highly recommend!

The picture we ordered from didn’t depict the colour we got, the white was blue white so doesn’t go, the chrome strip is plastic and bends if you poke it.
The velvet is nice and structure is very good. Problem is because my husband put it together as a surprise for me as we just moved in after a long 14 month wait, the company won’t take it back, and I hate the colour it doesn’t go with our colour scheme. Now I’m stuck I have to try and sell it at a loss…

They didn’t describe the product online exactly what it’s including

Amazing bed and mattress, the only thing I’d change would be a delivery time slot of say a 4 hour window.

The delivery guy way exceptionally helpful and accomidating. My daughter likes her new bed.

I ordered my bed then immediately changed my mind about the colour. I messaged them but got a delivery notification. Thought I was too late to alter it. My enquiry was responded to and I was able to change the colour. No further communication regards delivery so messaged them on delivery day who confirmed that driver would give me 30-69 mns notice. He sent me a text with ETA. Was on time and bed built within 30 mins. Great service & friendly chap. Would have given 5 star if updates had been more frequent and I actually could see the colour I was getting on the order. Would definitely recommend & order again from this company having now used them. The quality of the bed is great and it looks amazing.
