Excellent service! The assistant I spoke to on the phone was friendly, helpful and understanding. My order arrived within a few days. Perfect.

In the past I have had severe problems with Fittleworth but in the last year they have certainly improved their service and all my orders have been delivered as ordered. Sadly my DPD delivery in December arrived in a very bad state. The delivery driver was so apologetic and insisted on taking a photo to complain herself. I did consider refusing to accept it but due to it being Xmas I needed the contents. However, even though the box was very battered & squashed & the stoma bags had fallen out of their box, it was all clean & hygienic so I kept the package but was unimpressed with the courier.

Continuous supplier monthly for over 17 years. Always a great service & very helpful staff.

Fittleworth have been my preferred supplier since 2019. There were a number of glitches with my prescription in the early days. I can happily state that these have been resolved and I receive an excellent level of service! On the rare occasion I have had the need to phone Fittleworth because my GP has been somewhat slow, the staff have always been very helpful and understanding of my medical conditions.

Fittleworth has been very good in supporting my needs to date. My only comment is that DPD delivery staff are hit and miss with the physical delivery of the parcel. In particular, you give specific instructions to leave inside grey bin to prevent the parcel getting wet and internal items getting water damaged. But this is not followed & delivery staff leave false message stating parcel left in the porch but they left it on the wall or ground. Very frustrating but we don’t seem to have any control.

A very good service provided by Fittleworth, easy ordering on line service with prompt delivery and always ready to offer help and advice by polite staff.

My order is requested through my GP and delivered to me within a few days. I have had no problems with delivery and the quality of the products supplied is excellent. I have been using Fittleworth since April 2025.

I mostly order my regular equipment through their web app portal which is now very reliable but occasionally over the phone which is also good, with usually short queue times and very helpful staff.

I know it`s Christmas but in general deliveries have taken longer and longer since I 1st became a patient in 2018 and there is now always confusion when ordering re what is a Main item to qualify you for complimentary supplies and just how many of each type of complimentary supplies one can order. Call handlers are brilliant.

Always deliver on time. Any amendments are dealt with effectively and accurately.

The orders are made via my GP and Fittleworth deliver promptly.

Never been let down by Fittleworth. Always friendly knowledgeable and reliable service when I contact them.

Ive been using Fittleworth for hears now since my Colonoscopy and I have always had a good service and prompt dispatch of items they are always available at the end of the phone for advice. I have to go through my GP to get the prescription authorised (My GP surgery insists on this) and there is no delay in getting the prescription delivered. All the products supplied are of good quality.

I don't have much cause to speak to Fittleworth directly, as i can only order through my doctors (sadly). When I have had cause to call them, they have always been 100% positive and done everything they can to help.

Very easy to order on line and the time I had to telephone the help centre, the customer service was excellent.

Combine this with their very good delivery service and it makes for a winner every time.

I had my ileostomy at the start of September 2025. The whole idea of "what do I do now?" was quite daunting. I needn't have worried. Fittleworth staff made the whole process of deciding which products would best suit my needs simple and easy to understand. They liaised with my GP in order to set up the online repeat prescription process too, which was another potential worry taken care of.
The deliveries have always been timely and brought to my door by some of the friendliest drivers in the business.
They've made what could have been quite a worrying process extremely simple.

My box was torn open down one side from the top to the bottom. Thankfully nothing was missing
But one of the other boxes inside was open to.
Fittleworth are always very polite and very helpful. I would recommend Fittleworth to anyone whom needs them.
