They are always on top of my orders and call me. I had to travel to spain to attend a family medical emergency and they moved really quickly so that I could have enough supplies with me before the flight. the delivery service is always outstanding. I receive a notification on the day with delivery time and options to re-schedule if necessary.

I put my prescription in at my GP, then once my GP has sent my prescription to Securi Care, I get a call from them to check that my prescription is correct and offered complimentary items. Delivery is quick and always delivered and left in safe place without any issues. Excellent service.

Excellent service. Highly recommended.
I have used SecuriCare for more then 10 years. They provide a excellent, personal, friendly and efficient service.
You can always contact them on the phone and they are very proactive, contacting you when necessary.
My GP surgery repeatedly messes up the order despite it being specified clearly and Securicare always chase it up on my behalf.
Occasionally, items are out of stock, so the order might have to be split but they always let me know about any delays or changes to the delivery date.
Also, if I have messed up and need something urgently, they are incredibly helpful in escalating and delivering the items promptly.
