I order my supplies via my GP and usually then contact Fittleworth to check it’s been sent to them. I’ve always found Fittleworth staff to be very pleasant and helpful and, if there’s ever any issue they really seem to ensure its sorted. Very satisfied with service and products.

Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient
I was using Fittleworth for my sister's needs - they staff were efficient, helpful and very positive, going to great lengths to make sure we got what we needed on time. It was a stressful time as anyone navigating recovering from major and life changing surgery will know. The team also ironed out the wrinkles experienced with the GP surgery and in conjunction with the stoma nurse got us through a difficult transition time, normalising things again. Thank you.

Great online service
Since the IT upgrade last year,ordering my supplies has become really straightforward. The only thing is being left in the dark after ordering until DPD pick up the delivery.

When I require an order I'll phone up and there is a happy voice on the other end thats put me at ease straight away and they always make sure the order is correct and asked if I need any thing else.

Whenever I phoned to order and needed…
Whenever I phoned to order and needed to make a change it was no problem to the person I spoke to.
Using the internet to order was very easy unless I needed to make a change to my supplies.then it was easier to phone order.
The only negative is DPD. They sometimes leave parcel on door step and go away without ringing to see if I'm in.
Positive comment. I can have it left at local shop for collection
