Always deliver on time

Been a double ostomist for 5 years. No worries in first 4years , - occasional call to change delivery date, as prescriptions not received.
Since changing to the hub for ordering I've found it less user friendly, orders have been haphazard ( double some items, missing items - but accompanied by letter saying issued as per prescription)- have had to phone to query - staff (Scotland) friendly and helpful and appear to know from computer that a balance is due. ! Would save worry if letter indicated same.

As an ostomate for both colostomy and urostomy, I appreciate how swift Fittleworth has responded to my orders and getting them delivered in time. I'm able to go about my normal duties as ostomate because of the quality of the products I receive. I'm so grateful for your reliability and giving me hope to life in a new kind of normal way. Thank you all at Fittleworth.

This company has it all.

When I first used Fittleworth They called me to talk through their service and the ordering process, they also offered a monthly reminder which has been invaluable.
Ever since then the service has been excellent in all respects, as has the delivery which has always been timely and efficient.
My only small issue is that the box that is used is twice the size of the items delivered which leads to a lot of recycling - I know that boxes are a standard size so I’m sure that there is nothing that you can do about that.

I have no words to describe what has gone wrong.
I have received no supplies from you since October. I have been left high and dry over the Xmas period and has a last resort I had to purchase stoma bags from Amazon. I made myself ill with worry.
I have sent over a dozen emails between October and end December. I was promised deliver by members of staff but they never were delivered. DPD has been absolutely useless. They keep saying parcel would be delivered and then tell me it’s back in depot and then saying returned to Fittleworth. Now I’m not even receiving replies. I can’t continue like this. I think it’s time for me to find a new supplier. All was good until DPD took over deliveries.

Easy to order catheters online, through hub, effectively picking up my order from last time and reordering.

Great service always reminds when prescription are due

Whenever I’ve had a need to phone everyone I’ve spoken to has been incredibly helpful and friendly and not made me feel a nuisance.
Delivery of items has always been reliable and on time.

Great customer service on the phone from a great team of staff. Lost one star because the internal IT systems sometimes let them down in relation to part-shipping deliveries, leaving me waiting. It's worth giving them a quick call to check as the staff are really friendly and helpful on the phone (5-star service from them, 3-star from the IT systems). Thanks, guys!

I have been with Fittleworth for the last 7+ years andthey have been wonderful. Always had my delivery on time some a little sooner than expected. The staff on the phone are always courteous and kind cant do enough to help. Keep up your good and Happy New Year to you all.

I have been using Fittleworth for over 10 years now and I have always received the most efficient, courteous and responsive service - no matter how busy they may be or how last-minute my requests have been. That kind of consistent first-class service is unusual these days, and it is a lifeline to me as it allows me, daily, to be as normal as someone with a major urinary malfunction can be. Fittleworth have always supplied my bags since I had my Urostamy 20 years ago. They always respond to my request and prsciptions quickly and I have never had a problem with them

Absolutely excellent service always message when new supply is due and just put in application and delivered discreetly within 10 days an excellent comany

I use Fittleworth for medical supplies I need monthly. I've never had any problems with my orders, it's always correct and delivery has been on time. When I've phoned up to order or for certain queries, the staff on the phones answered within 5 mins and were friendly, sensitive and helpful. Thank you.

Items arrived in good time.

Medical supplies are always well packed and arrive within estimated delivery date. However I have to report that there is a real problem with the Customer Services Department not responding to emails. In December 2025 an item was not delivered to spec (bags not pre-cut to size) and two follow up emails sent on 17 Dec and 3 Jan, one specifically marked f.a.o. CS Senior Advisor, have still not been answered! Unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced a tardy response from Fittleworth Customer Services.
