Two days back my parcel status was out…
Two days back my parcel status was out for delivery,I waited the hole day nothing hapend although it stated on board of courier vehicle.Now two days later still mo parcel,status bavk to depot.This is so unprofessional,I paid yo got my parcrl delivered but till now no parcel.Bad unptofessional service
Ridiculous behaviour
Ridiculous behaviour, from this company. I was abroad in November when a parcel was delivered which my son said had not arrived so I contacted the company and once it was pointed out where he left the parcel my son checked and said it was there and I emailed to apologise and actually said please apologise to the driver.
I was expecting another delivery from them this week and then received an email saying they couldn’t deliver. I checked ring doorbell and no delivery was attempted so let them know.
They have now come back to say they will not deliver to my address due to my previous email to them regarding delivery in November. I was advised to collect from depot within 5 days which is not possible as I live in Belfast and don’t drive and they are in Randalstown.
I have never heard of anything so childish from a company ever. Am sure mix ups like that happen all the time and as I said I apologised immediately.
I have also contacted the company I ordered of to advise of the situation but what am I supposed to do ask each company I order off who is their delivery company as this is not usually
On website.
So disappointed in this companies actions over one misunderstanding which I addressed and apologised for. Never had this problem in 31 years of living in this house and frequent deliveries from other companies.

Following up on order, states they delivered, I never received anything, this happened a couple of times
Worst Delivery Company
This is the second time that I have to deal with this issue with them (out of probably 4 orders). They seem to keep messing up the order. First time I had to ask my bank to trigger a dispute with the sender, due to the package being lost. I tried for a month to make them provide me some details and offering a resolution time-frame before this, to no avail. At least the dispute helped and I got my money back.
No proper trackability, the tracking number feels useless, as if there's an issue, you cannot call anybody. The only way to contact the "company" is via email support ticket or online chat. Email obviously takes ages, and basically doubles the lateness of the package, while chat, besides the very long wait times to actually speak with a rep, can be extremely unhelpful and the reps offer very little information to calm the customer (they even close the chat without confirmation that you don't have any more questions).
To be honest, I am thinking of switching from My Protein to a different supplier until they drop this awful delivery company. Never seen such horrible service, coupled with bad customer service.

Package's almost always are apparently delivered with "authority to leave " but there is . no Package!?!!
Has been left outside neighbours ( in the rain..) , outside a pub that was closed at the time and has been thrown beside peer in a puddle of water! Honestly don't know how they're still in business!!!????
If the are any businesses out there reading this know I will NOT be buying anything from you if you are using these cowboys for delivery!!!!
Simply do not know how to deliver
Simply do not know how to deliver. Several times using fastway and every time they seem unable to deliver. Again no contact from delivery driver when due to deliver unlike many other delivery companies. They stated they attempted to deliver three times…… they did not. Then they state that if three unsuccessful delivery attempts are made they I’ll hold the item in their depot before returning to sender. They returned to sender two days after the first delivery attempt. They do not even follow their own protocols.

They are awful. I'm still waiting for my package that has been at the depot since November 29th. No answers as to where my package is or when it will be delivered. The "customer service" staff are some of the rudest people I've ever come across. All I'm getting is "I've emailed the depot" and "I dunno". I'm avoiding any company's that deal with them in the future. The worst company around.

I have received, I think 3 deliveries from Fastway Couriers recently. I cant praise them enough. They delivered so quickly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very well done Fastway & keep up the good work.

inept and arrogant delivery person, he introduced himself as PJ, he didn't want to deliver the parcel to the house, he told us to show up at the parking lot, after explaining to him that there was no one at home, he was even more unpleasant and said that he did not do home deliveries and that he would abandon the parcel somewhere area of the apartment.... 3 days later the same delivery person had to deliver another parcel... and again he abandoned it in the vicinity, not even at the door... I accidentally found it only because I was passing by for a walk

I don't know what kind of inconsiderate drivers fastway employs bit when I have a note on the door saying do not ring the bell and they do it anyway and wake the baby I spent 1 hour trying to get down so I could have 1 hour break I'm really not impressed..also they make is so difficult to find any way of raising a complaint directly here I am
Horrendous
Horrendous. Tracking tells you you're package has done a tour of Ireland,then it's out for delivery,but doesn't arrive. Then tried to deliver message. Non existent customer service. So bad that I will not buy from any online retailers that use them.
Packages are always late
Packages are always late due to "Operational Delays". You pay a fortune for Express shipping from whoever you're buying from, only to be gutted to see it's being delivered by Fastway. Drivers consistently leave the packages on the pillar at the end of the driveway. They can't even leave it on the ground outside the front door, but on the edge of the road for anyone to grab walking past. AnPost is 10 times faster, and 10 times cheaper
The usual false “attempted delivery”
Third time my package was not delivered on delivery day and was sent an email claiming they attempted to deliver when in fact nobody had been near my house. They then tell you that they will attempt to deliver it again. That’s very nice of you. I’d rather not receive the email and get it a day late to be honest. Castlebridge wexford

Fastway claimed they tried to deliver our parcel today but I was in all day waiting and have video to prove they NEVER came neat our house today. Seen a post on Facebook from a lady to say she got the same but they never came near her either. My daughters so upset she was waiting on her parcel. No way of contacting this unbelievable company I heard

Well where do I start, I've had a number of purchases from online sales. Every time they send using Couriers Please (Fastway Couriers) it is always delayed or never arrives. Their website is next to useless and is NEVER up to date. Even their online Chat has no one to chat to. You'll wait forever on that too!

Dreadful service, no way of contacting them. Ordered from beauty bay and can't get a refund or my items from either beauty bay or fastway. Will never use either again
My 3rd bad experience with this shower…
My 3rd bad experience with this shower of cowboys. Tracker said my parcel was delivered and signed for Oct16th even tho I hadn't received it.
Parcel was located today Oct 18th in a nearby unoccupied property. I cannot understand how this outfit is still in business.
Update. Fastway emailed me defending the method used. Obviously the signature on the tracker means nothing as I did not sign it or indeed have received nothing to sign.
The GPS was sent again showing the van outside my house and tracking the courier thro my front door and in to the kitchen. As the parcel turned up a few days later in an unoccupied house its difficult to believe the GPS tracker is even remotely accurate. A simple apology from Fastway would have satisfied me but obviously Fastway don't see the need for offering an apology for delivering to the wrong address
Item lost twice
After giving previous 5 star review I feel this experience deserves sharing also. Have ordered a package from teemu that was lost by Fastway.teemu reordered and yet again no sign of it. Details on track say it's at the distribution centre for nearly 2 weeks. Use the online form last week for an update. Which you get a reply to say they will be in touch within 24 hours but a week and no reply. Teemu have refund the item again but I wanted the item in the first place that's why I ordered it.. will prob choose items that don't have Fastway as a courier form here on in
