Absolute Disgrace & Deceitful Company

This Company is an Absolute disgrace, so annoyed, disappointed and cannot believe how untrustworthy this company is. My item they said had been delivered by the driver and signature obtained on 3rd of march and guess what ?? No package delivered , I've sent an email immediately to say no package delivered as we were at home and to please forward me on copy of signature which is where the lies and deception began basically told me every lie that was possible to invent and to contact the company you ordered from and they'll should send you a replacement and claim against Fastway. After 3 weeks of continuous lies and any excuse they could invent they have admitted that actually NO VALID SIGNATURE was obtained by Fastway Driver. I am not letting Fastway away with this as goods ordered were needed by April and supplier no longer have goods available at price paid. Fastway Couriers should be ashamed of its drivers and communication staff for lying to Customers.

Worst couriers in Australia

Worst couriers in Australia. They do not deserve to be in business. It's beyond me that these drivers thinks that it is safe to dump parcels unattended downstairs in a block of flats where there's traffic in and out all day. Fastways who are now called (Aramax) were on A Current Affair a few years back of their Poor delivering services. This company needs to start charging the drivers for the stolen parcels that go missing.

Hopeless courier company

Hopeless courier company. You can't reach them by phone, no one responds to e-mails, the lady promised to talk to the courier and there has been silence for two days. Couriers are not honest! They stole my parcel for the second time and they lie that he was there and gave it to me through the fence, which is not true because I was at work during those hours, the first time the driver forged his signature and the parcel was also lost. Lazy people don
't even put one foot out of the car, they barely open the window to deliver the parcel, they are not nice and not friendly, I do not recommend this courier company to anyone. They are thieves and fraudsters!!!!

Pathetic!

Hands down the worst run business in Australia! Absolutely pathetic the incompetence is off the scale.
Bankruptcy is just around the corner for them.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. The worst courier company ever. Twice they have claimed to have mot only delivered packages to me but that I also signed for them which is actual fraud. Good luck with trying to contact them there are no numbers listed for the company and they are not replying to my emails. IF YOU WANT STUFF TO GO MISSING AND A COMPANY THAT ACT FRAUDULENTLY THEN CHOOSE FASTWAY.IE

Terrible service in Tipperary Town.Got…

Terrible service in Tipperary Town.Got an email to say my package was left at a drop off point I had given.I never gave a drop off point, never received any phone call from driver either. My package was left on my front door step, my house is on a public road. Only for a kind neighbour took my package to his house for safe keeping, I'm sure it would be stolen. It puts me off ever ordering from Amazon again. Terrible service and impossible to contact anyone for help

Fastway/Aramex Couriers

Parcel picked up by fastway couriers who is owned by Aramex. Fastway has no working phone numbers. Contacted Aramex call centre which is located offshore. It was stated parcel not in system yet it was picked up over a week ago. Recommend not using this company as their is no customer service and parcels appear to disappear.....

Well that review worked well they answered me.
This is beyond a joke. This company not only looses parcels and tells you to contact seller after it gets picked up, but when you complain they email you to say use this link to lodge complaint, the link doesn't work, so tried to copy and paste, that didn't work, so physically typed it in and had someone else check what I typed it said this page is not valid. Meanwhile I get a message to say on board for delivery today YAY. But alas it was a lie. It is now 5.35pm and no parcel. Why is this business still in business.
Thanks Aramex thought your business was useless and you confirmed it.

Cowboys are us

As usual, the Kerry cohort of 'Cowboys are us' lived up to their usual abominable service standards. A parcel which should have been delivered to my address on Jan 24th-29th was , on Feb 6th, dumped in a town 40 minutes from my house, in a place I had not authorised or agreed to. The parcel was badly damaged, looking like it had been used in a game of football. The parcel contained nail supplies and stank of acetone. The interior product box was also damaged as was a bottle of acetone which had leaked everywhere. In a proper courier company Damien and Jack would stand to lose their jobs, but with Fastway they have probably been given new cowboy hats. Disgraceful service.

Imported parcel from UK

I ordered some goods from a UK firm early Jan 2024. Parcel2go and EVRI handled this at the UK side. On the 26th Jan I received an email from fastway stating that they eagerly await my parcel and will email as soon as they receive my parcel. I was actually delighted to see how proactive fastway were, alas short lived, according to EVRI, Parel2go and the goods provider, Fastway seemingly have the parcel since the 30th, their website matches this information. I tried to reach Fastway on their 01 number, this is no longer operable and directs You back to the website. I also emailed at the info address and this now appears to be no longer in use. I sent a chat message through the website and got a case number back by email, so in 24 hours a member of staff will let me know what is happening with the parcel. The UK couriers were communicative, transparent and polite. It would be great if Fastway followed up on this "eagerly awaiting" which they felt on the 26th.

Update 07.02.2024, still all silent from Fastway, auto response on the 02.02.2024 and again 07.02.2024 giving me case numbers and a commitment that a member of customer care would be back within 24 hours. Only way to reach them appears to be through Zendesk and there is no response from that. Beyond frustrating and utterly disgraceful that a firm can be allowed to operate like this. Can understand now why so many people have given Fastway really bad reviews.

Update 09.02.2024, tracker showing staged for next day delivery since evening of 07.02.2024. Guess what, no delivery 08.02.2024, still no response from Zendezk the only means of contacting them. The provider of the goods in the UK is now gone off silent as well, alot of greed about, take a customer's money and then provide no service. Disgraceful and shocking service, is there no oversight or minimum standards that these companies are obliged to operate too?

This is my second review

This is my second review. My first time experience, I rewarded 3 stars, simply because my packages was left in my neighbours house that works nights and it was an inconvenience. This time. My package was left at my front gate to the entrance. Is there a reason why the driver cannot come to the door? Is it against company regulations? There’s so many safe places on my property to leave a package but look the main thing is I got all my packages so thanks for that. Have a good day.

Would give 0 stars if i could

Saying my package is out for delivery yet no package to be found. Two days in a row this has happened (going into 3) and it’s caused me so much stress.

Tried calling and emailing through the contact us line, nothing. I’ve tried the live chat and was told he’s on his way and I shouldn’t worry anymore yet not a peep…

I don’t have a say in which courier is used, but my goodness, I would never willingly choose this one.

I have another package coming in, and it said it was for fastway. I don’t think I can handle this kind of stress and anxiety again
Still an on going issue hopefully will be resolved today..

Would give a zero

Would give a zero. Lost parcel, cannot contact. UK firm washed hands once through customs in Australia then 2 weeks and nothing. Should be shut down

Fastway couriers are so bad

Fastway couriers are so bad, please stop using them to (NOT DELIVER PARCELS) THEY PRETEND they have knocked to deliver, the tracker now says delivered to Cork and signed for, great I don't like in cork this was my kids christening outfits im disgusted by the lack of care, you can't get through to any customer service agent, when I actually found a number to contact, I was told you will have to email we can't deal with it over phone and blocked my number.emailed and still nothing. Found a dublin number tried to call them automated machine says go to website and hangs up.

Parcel sitting in Hawkes Bay courier…

Parcel sitting in Hawkes Bay courier hub since the 17/12/23 and still not delivered.
No contact number, no email support, and when I eventually got a number to talk to some horrible creature named 'Laura' in 'customer services', I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor, was hung up on and my number blocked!!

No way of complaining either as they wouldn't provide me with a complaint email address.
After arriving at their 'Rathcoole' depot I was given the address for Hawkes Bay Couriers which I am now forced to drive from Dublin to Portarlington today looking for my parcel or a supervisor.

For anyone else in the same boat, spam their sales line 0578511511 although you will be told to pretty much f off by the agents, or their address is:

Unable to deliver 3rd attempt driver…

Unable to deliver 3rd attempt driver stopped look around and drive off again maybe he did not want to get wet the two previous attempts he left a card to say i was not home so on he's 3rd attempt maybe the driver should say fail to deliver did not want to get wet this company is appalling and the drivers they employ can read

Horrendeous service

I had the worst experience with this company, they don't even deserve one star to be honest. Telephones are not answered, you call till the end of the day no service nothing. Switch board not responding or ending the calls. People on emails don't respond. It is honestly poorly managed. When you Track parcel online it says on board, but it never gets delivered. They WhatsApp lines say the consultant. will get back to you within minutes a week later nothing. They need to sit with other courier and learn from scratch coz wow they are failing dismally
