Lies and disappointment
Once again, you fail me so deeply with your delivery drivers. The guy never rings the bell. I am working in the same room that has the bell so i should hear it. So its an outright LIE that they say they ring it. I tried and its working fine. Then i call back the delivery driver (after half hour because i was in a meeting myself), who says he has called me over an hour ago (caught in another LIE), who tells me he will deliver on monday. Sorry if you dont ring this bell, dont call me. Just ring like every delivery has done. Other packages have all been on time. Also i dont even get notified about this. Worst Courier Company
From someone who does all their shopping online and has experience with various different couriers, I can honestly say that Fastway are the worst. Recover emails to say delivery will be done that day and then nothing received but will receive another email saying it has been delivered.
Once I found the driver fling my package over the garden walk into the garden instead of dropping it to the door.

Any company that makes Australia Post look good is the lowest, didnt make the delivery as claimed, have CCTV watching the front no attempt to deliver just drove past to claim they attempted to deliver, just pure lies and lazy drivers

Fastway are a disgrace of a company,, they said the package I was expecting was delivered into my hands, it wasn't as I was in work on the day, now im €100 down because I received no package and the driver lied about handing it too me, complete disgrace of a company,,il never use them again

Got caught with Aramex - again
My policy is not to do business with anyone who uses Aramex as the carrier. Occasionally I get caught. I realise that Aramex are dirt cheap, but surely businesses realise that their reputation depends as much on their choice of partners as it does on their own integrity and efficiency. The service is unbelievably slow, cumbersome and frustrating. I could push freight across the Nullabore with my nose quicker than Aramex, but that's only part of their Keystone Cops operation, the next hurdle is getting it to move out of their depot once it finally traverses the country. Fortunately, most Australian based businesses are getting wise to the damage done to their business by Aramnex, but still the bulk of Chinese sellers pretending to be based in Australia use them because they're cheap.

Most orders from eBay arrive late. Tracking info and updates are rare, causing me to be frustrated.
I am now steering clear of sellers that use fastways.
Dreadful organisation
Dreadful organisation, completely & utterly incompetent, then a battle to get a refund. You have to buy 20 shipments in advance, they take your money then don't bother coming to collect the parcels. Had a right battle to get my money back. I'd avoid using them at any cost. Far better and more professional options available. I have heard similar feedback form other artisan suppliers who have used them in past. All have gone elsewhere. The portal to book shipments is also frustrating, once you book on-line you have to phone them to collect shipments too. What's the point of booking on-line if you then need 2nd action to get shipments lifted.

Disastrous - retailers shouldn't use them
I've had no positive experience with this company, and try to avoid ordering from retailers who use them, but sometimes you don't know what carrier a company uses. These are only my 2 recent experiences:
In April, I ordered an item from abroad that I was meant to take on holiday. It arrived into the Fastway depot after about a week - where it stayed. After a week with no status change, and my holiday imminent, I contact their chat. I was then told "We haven't received this delivery yet", and disconnected the chat before I could answer. I had to contact the sender for them to deal with it, eventually the package arrived - two weeks later, while I was on holiday, they just left it in the hallway of my building.
Last week I ordered an item from an Irish store, I was not happy when I saw that it had ended up with Fastway. This morning, around 7, status was loaded onto van and would be attempted delivered today. Took today for work-from-home. At around 7 pm there's an email saying they tried to call me, but there was "an issue with the phone number". This exact same thing happened last year as well, no call, nobody showed - I assume what they do is that they load a bunch of parcels in the morning, not knowing if they'll be able to deliver them all, and if they don't get around to your parcel, there's "something wrong with your number". They're a disaster, I'd rather pay for delivery than have retailers offer free shipping using Fastway.

Would give zero stars if I could, possibly the worst company I have ever come in contact with. Avoid at all cost
Never use this company
Another day another pack of lies. After days of being lied to about rang no answer responses on my tracking I contacted them told them do not to ring just deliver it. Even left the shed open and told them on the slim chance I was out to put it in there. So a week after my package was sent from Dublin I'm being lies to agian, even after ensuring my number was up dated. There isn't reason good enough to use this farce of a company. They have no professionalism, no honesty, and no right to put the word fast in their name. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. I hope they go out of business to save other people from their disgrace of a service. There isn't a rating low enough for them.

Your delivery service failed to drop off the item at my FRONT door. UNIT 6 - 3rd floor
They left the item in a "public unsafe location" on the GROUND floor, it is the "PUBLIC" entrance to the complex.
The item was stolen.
I purchase items all the time, the courier has always left items at my front door. Your service was being SLOOPY or LAZY
Why did the courier NOT leave my item at my front door on the 3rd floor? The item was stolen because the courier didn't do his job. Ask your driver why they didn't deliver to my apartment on the 3rd floor/unit 6
Do you understand what a public area and entrance to a building is? You can NOT drop an item where anyone walking past can steal the package. That's just a stupid place to leave anything.
From your Google reviews it seems the practice is common. Happy to add my 1-star review to Google. With a rating of 1.3 / 5. Do you seriously believe I or many others would consider your service in the future?

Fastway/Aramex have improved their service in leaps and bounds.......
In the beginning I thought Fastway/Aramex was not a very good courier company. But in retrospect its not the company that is not so good, it basically is just their tracking service. But my most recent dealings with Fastway/Aramex, I have begun to see them in a different light. Their tracking is a bit abysmal but the most important thing is the parcel arrives, and to put it bluntly isn't this what is expected of a courier company, not the tracking. Tracking is just the icing on the cake compared to the parcel arriving. So my reconsidered view of Fastway/Aramex based on their last 3 to 4 deliveries, is they show a vast improvement in their service and deserve the 5 stars for this alone.
Of course you cannot expect service such as Australia Post offers because they are not as big as the Government service but for what they are Fastway/Aramex are deserving of the 5 star review. Thinking of all the local delivery people, Fastway/Aramex deserve 5 stars for the end deliver service, not to mention all the hard working people at the start of the delivery. No I have to reiterate Fastway/Aramex in my opinion deserve the 5 stars for their service.

I tried to complain on the fastway…
I tried to complain on the fastway website as they do not give an option on their on their phone menu. I am a 70 year old in a wheelchair who is unable to pick up things off the ground. As usual the fastway driver threw my parcel over the fence where it became sodden from the rain. I then had to sit by the fence,waiting for a passerby to assist me to get my parcel to the house. What a shameful way to conduct a business!

Worst, laziest courier I've ever come across. I avoid Fastway like the plague for its poor, negligible service but unfortunately some of the shops I buy from still use them.
Same driver was here last week looking for somebody elses parcel he threw at the road in our gate the week previous.
