Investigate what? Are you having a laugh. Why don't you just improve your service.
Unfortunately I was forced to use Fastway because Woodie's use them for deliveries, it certainly wouldn't have been my choice.
Hopefully more companies will stop using you until you get your act together.

Absolute awful delivery service! Parcel left on gate post for anyone to steal! The last time they delivered to 75miles away to a complete stranger. Words fail me!
Avoid Fastway - Tracking No AP1054728327 - Midlands - Courier 498
Its a pity there is not a negative star above as this carrier does not even deserve a one star. I ordered a package from ASOS on Sunday and got the usual messages from Fastway letting me know when it is going to be delivered. Then I get a email package delivered and they have authority to leave as signature is not required. This authority certainly did not come from me. However, the package was not delivered. My address included the postal code so there is no excuse. However, they fail to respond to any attempts to contact them I just keeping getting the same message that they will respond within 24 hours and then nothing. This is not my first bad experience with this particular carrier. I am currently attempting to resolve this issue with ASOS. If a supplier is using Fastway as there delivery carrier I would think again before purchasing from them and use an alternative supplier who use one of the other reliable carriers in the country DPD for example

Fastway lost two of my packages. Is terrible to receive an email that says my parcel has been delivered in a safe place and I have to disturb neighbours just to be sure that my parcel was lost... again! Very bad customer service as well, no phone numbers, just email. If you need something urgent, you can't trust fastway.

If only there was an option for no stars! Got an email advising a package was left in a 'safe place!' No parcel was left. I checked with neighbours etc to see if they got it & they didn't. When I contacted them they advised the driver left it at the house but I'd CCTV which showed they'd not been. They then said the driver left it at an incorrect address & I'd need to go to that house & get it myself!!! They advised the driver would call to me but as expected, they didn't.
The company I'd ordered from sent me a replacement item. I once again received an email advising the parcel was left in a 'safe place'. I was at home and again, no attempt of delivery was made! I contacted to advise same & again was told the driver would follow up. The next day a lady called to our house with a package asking was it mine! She'd found it in a Bush in the estate nowhere near my house. Only for she was honest, I'd once again not have gotten the package. I've made numerous attempts to get Fastway to contact me but I'm being fobbed off by the same answer that the driver will check! I've logged an official complaint but am still waiting for a reply which I doubt very much is going to happen.

Mailed at 07:30 on a Monday morning when I was already at work on a very busy day. They attempted to deliver three hours later - I was unawares and at work. They rang to ask for my work address which I said I would check if it is my employer would accept delivery of personal packages. They would not. I messaged the courier saying unfortunately they would not and that we should arrange for a delivery to my home address as originally requested. The courier now has said there is a technical issue with the delivery and that j should pick it up at the depot which would cost me 10 euros in fuel and a morning off as I would need to do this during working hours. I ask you...what is the point of a courier in that case.

if i could give zero stars i would, most unreliable couriers ever always either delayed up to a week due to ‘misdirected’ parcels, or they just throw your package somewhere random and mark as delivered without as much as knocking a door or ringing a doorbell. utterly useless, any time i pay extra for faster delivery they are somehow extra slow or delayed or some other excuse

Waiting nearly two weeks on a parcel
Waiting nearly two weeks on a parcel. Apparently it was delivered last week and left in a safe place. No idea why as we were all in the house. I can’t find it at all. I’ve checked with neighbours and check cameras. Fastway did not approach my house at time of alleged delivery. The contents were a birthday present for my daughter. I will not be using any company that uses Fastway for delivery. To be honest it doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Although it wasn't his delivery he went that extra mile to help locate it and advise of it's delivery time. Thank you AJ appreciate the time and effort you put into helping us out.

I had a parcel due to arrive 2 days ago which hasn't been updated in the system in 4 days.
I got onto customer service and when I expressed my frustration the chat agent left the chat.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I am suposed to recive a package from Poland, and they contacted me saying that in less than 20 min i have to pay over 200$ for insurance. The atitude of them was misarable. They called me a liar. They gave option to pay with some website's never heard of. I tried to pay, so i don't loose the package, but my bank refused the transaction, detecting the payment as a scam.

I was awaiting delivery of a parcel and was advised it had been delivered. Checked my cameras the driver threw it at the side of my gates in the garden shrubs. With the delivery position it was not seen and with the recent rain it was ruined. Disgusting service. Found 02/08/23 delivered 26/07/23. Cannot get a replacement. I would not recommend use of this courier to my worst enemy
