I have been going to this gym since I was 16. In the 2 years I've been here, I've never once felt uncomfortable because of a guy. After negative experiences at other gyms, I am very grateful - not just for the equipment or classes - but for the genuinely safe environment this gym provided me. To any other girls who might be scared to start going to the gym because of men or harassment, trust me, this is a safe one. 谢谢

A brilliant and welcoming staff and place to be! We needed a space to hire for a last minute dance rehearsal and Preeti and her team were so kind and accommodating. Having use of the changing rooms (all super clean) made the world of difference too.

Really friendly gym with amazing staff and great equipment, no matter what workout you want to do this gym provides it all, including amazing classes and instructors. Would recommend to anyone :)

They advertise a free trial.
When you sign up for this free trial, instead of sending you details of how to start the trial, they send you an email to sign up for the non-free membership again!
What a waste of time - I will go elsewhere.

Honestly I feel so good having joined this fitness group. It is a welcoming place to feel supported and re-energised.
I thoroughly enjoying the yoga classes.
It is much better for people to visit this place instead of going to hospital for minor treatments..we can take charge our health here. I give this place a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating

The current offerings are very helpful, but it would be great to add more morning sessions and classes after 6:30 PM, such as Pilates and yoga. The timings during the day aren’t convenient for those who work, so having sessions at 7 AM or in the evening would be much appreciated and likely attract more participants.

Énergie Gym has been a fantastic experience for me so far. What sets this gym apart and contributes to its success is the incredibly welcoming and supportive staff. From the moment I walked in to complete my registration, I was greeted warmly by both the staff and the manager themselves. This immediate sense of welcome helped alleviate my initial shyness and fear, as it was my first time at a gym and I didn't feel comfortable in myself or around others.

The environment at Énergie Gym is non-judgmental and inclusive. Other gym members were also friendly, ensuring that I never felt out of place. The staff are always available and ready to assist, constantly checking in to make sure I'm okay and offering help whenever needed. This ongoing support makes me feel secure and motivated during my workouts.

Additionally, the gym staff booked a one-on-one training session for me, which has been incredibly beneficial in helping me work towards my fitness goals. Their dedication to my personal progress and well-being truly sets Énergie Gym apart. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of amazing, and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey here.

Made to feel very welcome by all the staff. First gym I've ever used and was quite intimidated but made to very at ease very quickly. Clean environment. Clean equipment. Very good personal training with Nick, even for us lazy dogs!!

I have been going in energy fitness gym the one based in Palmers Green and I cancelled my subscription just after 3 weeks, in 8 years I live in north London i have been in different gyms but this has been the worse, service is not professional, they try to catch you as private client, dumbells and other tools are always busy for private classes, cancellation policy is expensive I had to pay 41 pounds Plas other 29.99 pounds for cancellation, the gym is not spacious, the machine aren't great, so I was really unhappy about everything mostly about the service

Lovely gym it has all the equipment you need . fully equipped gym including quite private areas and plenty of classes to choose from .

I have been a member of my local branch since the gym first opened. Sadly, it was bought by new management around a year ago, and has gone downhill ever since. I only attend classes, & never use any of the other facilities, so this is my area of interest. Excellent teachers have been lost, classes cancelled and not replaced. New, expensive levels of "premium" membership have been introduced which gives priority booking for classes, so that ordinary members never get the opportunity. Very soon there will be nothing left for me here. Very sad.

Its a very friendly local gym and a great atmosphere. I really like the modern equipment too. The staff are always willing to help and there is a great sense of community.
