Fun bowling, environment could be better.

Efficient booking process, friendly staff, and no problems with bowling.
The whole place is VERY loud though - so don't be able to speak to your friends!
Also, very over-heated.

I'm a big fan.

I have been a subscriber for about 6 months now. It's a great way to try a variety of Korean skincare masks, which are all very high quality. I share them with my sons who suffer from teenage acne and who love opening the box and choosing their mask from the little menu card. A good value monthly treat.

Pricy but worth it.

Fantastic as both drink & snack to take to work. Refreshing & healthy. I love that they don't need to be refrigerated. Unusual flavours that are not often found elsewhere.

Go to your local garden centre and select your plants instead.

So disappointed. All plants were small and poorly shaped, with few leaves, and some were straggly and in poor condition. I know that this time of year they don't look their best, but I would never have chosen these plants in person - you can get better specimens in the supermarket at the moment! Over £100 worth of plants (even with the "spring discount"). I bought from Crocus knowing it was expensive, because I wanted good quality! I feel like I've been mugged.
Also, plants just dumped on doorstep (doorbell not rung).

Don't bother!

I have been a member of my local branch since the gym first opened. Sadly, it was bought by new management around a year ago, and has gone downhill ever since. I only attend classes, & never use any of the other facilities, so this is my area of interest. Excellent teachers have been lost, classes cancelled and not replaced. New, expensive levels of "premium" membership have been introduced which gives priority booking for classes, so that ordinary members never get the opportunity. Very soon there will be nothing left for me here. Very sad.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Effective Home have had more than £5000 of my money for 4 months, and not managed to install solar panels, after a series of basic errors by their own surveyor, and abortive installation dates when the scaffolding wasnt up, the panels hadnt been delivered, etc etc. Finally, the installers told me that the number of panels in the Effective Home proposal would not fit on the roof space I have.
Now they are not responding to my emails or requests for a refund. Absolutely unprofessional, possibly criminal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Appalling. Avoid!

Appalling! Would love to give no stars. Total cowboys.
They sent me the wrong size shoes, and keep insisting that I would need to PAY to return them for an exchange - even though this was their mistake in the first place.

Definitely worth trying.

Nicely packaged, efficient service and reasonable price. Some of the items were very tasty, others were not quite to my taste. I'd imagine it would get a bit samey very quickly though, as all there isn't a huge selection.

AVOID

Completed a session for them yesterday, but highly doubting that I'll get paid - i physically signed in at reception, showed my ID and completed all the many and various disclaimers & privacy forms they required but no one explained that you need to "check-in" on the app .... so i have a timecard that shows no hours worked, and have sent several (as yet unanswered) emails to try and work out how to get paid. Additionally, they kept all the testers (about 30 people) sitting waiting in reception for AN HOUR with no explanation or apology ... later it transpired that this is an American company who had not realised that the whole of Europe changes to daylight saving time, so they had made a mistake in asking us to come an hour early. Completely unprofessional. Staff knew we were waiting but didn't bother to let us know what was happening ... and were rude when I asked for an explanation.

Appalling.

Appalling. Scanned and boxed up my items for sale and booked a courier. No one came. Re-booked and tried again FOUR times at the current count. Meanwhile because I'd had to leave the box outside, it got soaked and I had to repackage everything.
They pay you so much below the value of your items that I was only selling through them because of the "convenience" of the courier collection service..... what a joke.
I have managed to get a previous consignment delivered once - but even then I had to rebook it a couple of times... its clearly an ongoing problem.
Customer service is non-existent.
