When you sign up for this free trial, instead of sending you details of how to start the trial, they send you an email to sign up for the non-free membership again!
What a waste of time - I will go elsewhere.

The email you received was an automated promotional message, not related to your trial booking. Alongside our free trials, we also offer complimentary class trials so you can get a full feel for what we offer. UK Company's business account randomly blocked with no further communication

My UK Company's business account was blocked, for no particular reason - just for what is called a "random check".

They queried two random payments, which I then supplied the invoices for, explaining completely what they were for.

We have been left hanging, with no replies from support or the complaints (by email).

I had a reply (see below). This said that they would get back as soon as they can.

BUT they have not got back at all.

This is causing irreparable financial damage to the Company.

STAY AWAY FROM MONESE.
