Aweful Experience
Aweful Experience. We were told that our BT engineer was on his way and we waited and waited for hours and no one turned up! I then received a text to say that the repair was now FIXED yet it clearly hadn't been fixed and our broadband still had a fault. Why would Open Reach attempt to fix somewhere nearby and not even knock on the door to see if the attempted fix had worked? We waited at home for hours and no improvement and no tel number to call. I went online last night and was in a queue for over 1 hour with no update if my position in the queue had improved. It reached 10.30pm and they then closed! Honestly shocked by the whole experience.
Just to clarify the terrible response from BT below. My provider is BT. That's the frustrating thing. I have BT phone and BT broadband and the response below is an example of how useless BT have been during this experience.
