Emporium of Cool Ltd Anmeldelser

This company is great, their costumer service is one of the nicest I’ve encountered and the (so far) only product I’ve bought from them arrived quickly, I’m already planning on buying here again and my only real con for shopping here is that they may not have as many things on sale as other places

This was my first time ordering from this company and I seriously couldn't recommend them enough!! The communication was incredible throughout; I always knew what was happening with my order at all times and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Not to mention, the delivery was fast and my order was packaged securely with bubblewrap and styrofoam. Honestly amazing service, will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!!

Have to say these guys have given me the best customer experience I have received from any company in a long time! I ordered a pre-order item and was updated with communication throughout, the item arrived extremely well packaged and even had a sticker telling you the name of the person who packaged it! Won’t order from anywhere else now! Thanks

I ordered a doll that had just been re-stocked, it was posted out within three days, packaged extremely well, and in perfect condition. Great communication from the company and very friendly staff. Would definitely buy from emporium of cool again.

I ordered a 30inch Trick or Treat Good Guy Plush from these guys. Best price on the Internet! I've always wanted one but I knew I had to hurry as Trick or Treat Studios aren't making anything Chucky from 2024 so now I have one and he's amazing.
Fantastic communication and packed perfect. He arrived Wednesday! Just in time for Halloween 🎃 🖤🧡

First time I have purchased from this company and like most people, was a little wary as it seemed internet based only. From the moment I placed the order ( for two hard to find items) Ithe communication was first class. At all times I knew what was happening and when the item did arrive it was in bubble wrap, stylophone and double boxed (brilliant packing). I would highly recommend buying from this company and will do so again in the future

New customer and can't find a single fault, for sure. Very happy with the business, very, very happy to recommend them.
Great price, absolutely lovely, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful communication, superb, safe packaging, reliable post... They hit every possible mark without issue.
Will confidently shop there again. Thanks so much!

I would give 6 stars if I could!

Ian has been absolutely incredible! He has helped us over and over with incredible patience and in great detail with something that didn’t even mean any sale for him and his company!

After this I will 100% keep an eye out on their products, knowing how reliable and knowledgeable they are in their field.

Ian has gone well above what anyone would have expected from him.

Honestly couldn’t recommend them any more. A gold dust in the current climate!!!

One of the best I've had the pleasure to order from. Items always arrive quickly and are well packaged. Really secure, with lots of bubble wrap and no way for the item to take damage (even if the outer box does). Just can't speak highly enough about this company. Good comms also, very polite/friendly.

We are not blessed with lots of reliable toy companies in the UK with many falling on hard times. I hope they can continue to operate for many years to come. I will certainly be ordering more I know this for sure :-)

Great products, great stock.
Pre order payment plans available keeps every purchase an option.

I’d never heard of this company before, but they had a figure I was looking for that was out of stock everywhere else so I gave them a shot and after my recent experience they’ve found themselves a new customer. The prices are reasonable, shipping and delivery was quick, and the packaging was excellent, you can tell these guys are collectors themselves. Will definitely use again.

Great prices, great selection, packaged so well and got here so quick. Absolutely fantastic experience, will absolutely go back.

Honestly can’t thank Ian enough at Emporium of Cool for keeping me updated on my orders, instead of having to chase updates up yourself with most other companies. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase from the website. I will definitely buy from there again! Smooth transaction from start to finish… Thanks so much x

First order with these guys and it was excellent, packaging was brilliant so it arrived in mint condition. The owner is very professional, approachable and sorted out a slight problem perfectly. Product is amazing, can't fault them and will certainly be using again. Excellent company!

Incredibly reasonable price, fast dispatch and extremely carefully packed (thanks Dave!).
This was my first purchase and it won't be my last, thanks guys!

Hands down the best supplier in the UK. Great communication, company take packing and protection of the orders as top priority. Incredible if you are an inbox collector or want to have the option of selling on at some point.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough, absolute A star customer service with anything! Always feel super confident buying from these guys and very satisfied with the quality every product arrives in, safe to say these are my number 1 action figure retailers and would only go elsewhere if items are out of stock, 10/10 company!

I’ve used the Emporium of Cool a couple of times now and they haven’t disappointed. Everything I have ordered has arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. They are in contact throughout the delivery process and were fully transparent. I hope to be using them again soon.

Excellent Service everytime. Well packaged and quick delivery. My go to figure supplier

Flawless service. Great communication and packaging.
