Customer service is second to none. The packaging is excellent, items are well wrapped and protected.

I ordered a The Walking Dead figure I’ve been really wanting from here and I had such a great experience. Although there were delays with getting the shipment that contained my Maggie Rhee figure to the store, the wonderful sales department kept me up to date every step of the way and even upgraded my delivery option as an apology for the longer wait. The shop also packaged my figure so well and she arrived in excellent condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience with the store.

I was surprised they had in stock the Mechagodzilla figure. I thought it was too good to be true especially the price being very good compared to other companies. I'm glad I took the chance and they were very helpful. When I ask about how long it would take they got back to me straight tand keep me updated on the order. It was packed very well and the product was in good condition. For a first time customer I am very happy with this company.

Ordered twice, each time came with great packaging. Super thick bubble wrap and loads of peanuts, even a 'not a toy' sticker on the box. Will order again and highly recommend!

Having never ordered from EoC, I was a little hesitant. They had the S H Figuarts figure I wanted and at a very competitive price, which seemed almost too good to be true! There was a mention that it would take a little longer to ship as it was being directly ordered from the manufacturer in Japan.

As soon I'd ordered, I was provided with a wonderful update from a team member named Ian, who had kept me updated throughout the shipping process. Customer service was polite, friendly and very helpful!

The order had arrived in time, and packaged so securely and beautifully too, and in a very eco-friendly way too, might I add! I could tell this company really has a passion for their figures and understand their customers well, as I could tell a lot of love and care went into their packaging and shipping. I received these wonderful art cards too with toy photography pictures on them which was a lovely surprise!

Overall, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Ian and the team have provided excellent customer service, reliable updates and products packaged wonderfully and at an excellent price.

I cannot recommend Emporium of Cool enough. I will definitely be coming back to order from them again!

Kind regards, A

I pre ordered two expensive figures with them and they were amazing. They constantly kept me updated with the figures and there estimated time they both arrived earlier than expected too. Will definitely purchase from again

Service was outstanding! I received a product which was damaged out of the box and they replaced it quickly and kindly. Will be buying again.

What can I say, Emporium of cool again has provided probably the best service I've ever had when purchasing a figure. Constant updates regarding my order and A+ packaging. If you have never bought from these guys, you should!

As with most new collectible sites I’m often apprehensive if they are legitimate or not, Emporium of Cool is however without a doubt a genuinely amazing site. Super friendly communication, regular updates, speedy dispatch and the figure I ordered came really well packaged and in pristine condition Thanks a ton :)

So impressed by the level of customer care provided by EoC. Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had, and certainly that stands out for a very long time.

Such attention to detail and desire to give the customer a good experience. Exemplary quality of service.

My first two orders have been faultless. I really appreciate how EoC stay in touch throughout the whole process, and love the care that is shown across the board, right through to the manner in which items are packed and dispatched with such delicate, loving attention. Real focus on the customer, helping you through every stage of the process and being proactive and engaging at every turn.

Love it - keep it up!

After my first EVER purchase from EoC and putting my trust in them. I was gratefully surprised with my order (107317) and the service.
Not only did they go out of their way to order my item from another NECA because first option was out of stock, but they also kept me updated by email.
And I must say, that little bit of what is happening with my order, is just GREAT.
I am not a very patient person when it comes to ordering items and waiting. Keeping me updated with what is happening is just saving me the whole, having to contact them, and worrying if a made a mistake with a site I am unknown with.
And to give me even more joy joy it came the next day after the dispatch.
One of my favorite sites to now using.

I always buy all my imports from emporium of cool, i have bought around 7 products from them, each one coming in pristine condition and arriving in only a couple of days.i love to collect the complimentary posters, overall my go-to site for imports :) ( also thankyou to Dave and Ian for packaging all my orders with great care)

Great communications from Ian. Immaculate packaging as always. Reliable seller, happy to deal with again!

Pre ordered a figure a while back and they provided updates and maintained great communication throughout. Excellent service and great packing, highly recommended!

Bought an item from them recently, very quick service and item really well packed.

Ordered a much anticipated HIYA godzilla figure for Christmas.
Very very impressed with the email I received that was also personalised.
Order was swiftly delivered, packaging was superb.
These little extras makes absolutely sure I will definitely order from this company again.
Can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you.

Superb selection of figures, great communication and updates throughout, and some cool post cards in the box. I highly recommend this store to all collectors!

Spent a while searching for the female model of TOA Synthetic human, found her here and very glad I did. The model is authentic, a brilliant price (it was a 'Black Firday deal, never taken seriously frankly but glad I did!) at 20% cheaper than nearest decent item. Then ordered, great, simple process with all details clear and contact throughout. Arrived four days after payment - excellent service. And then the packaging...
The little figure had been treated like eco-friendly royalty, once in the UK! The presentation box is smart, with a double case in card, then the whole thing wrapped in tissue and posted in a large cardboard box, full of biodegradable chip things... Very impressive. The figure heself is fully poseable in very human and believable positions. Very pleased indeed, she will be used for art-installation tableaux, er, a posh name for posing her with stuff and photgraphing the results. All excellent and recommend.

First time using and won't be the last, communication was excellent I was kept up to date with the state of my order and received it in the stated time frame, I ordered a neca ED 209 which was packaged with the utmost care, as its a Christmas present I am unable to fully verify the item at this moment but I can't see it being an issue with how safely and securely it was packaged. Price wise they were also the best I could find, all in all a great experience and will definitely use again.
