Fantastic and quick support
I’ve renewed my membership again but was having difficulty with the process. The support I received from Tracy was excellent and with her quick responses and help I managed to resolve my payment issues. The issue turned out to be my browser and nothing to do with the process. Great customer service and well deserved 5*

Problems trying to renew Membership online
When encountering problems trying to renew my membership (via the App) I sent an email to report the problem to the Customer Services Team. I received a swift response from a member of staff (called Tracy) who very quickly resolved the issue for me.

This is a very useful card and well worth carrying. It is widely accepted and the app not only lists the companies and businesses that take it, it also shows you on a map the 'Offers near me'. If you have any questions or problems you can email them for help (thanks Reece!).

I had problems getting a link to reset…
I had problems getting a link to reset my password and it took a week before I got a response from the Defence Discount Service. However Clover very helpfully reset things for me so it was simple to renew my card (which is incredibly useful to have). Clover asked me to get in touch if I still had issues but thankfully all went ahead smoothly. I felt the wait for a response to my email was overlong but understood that the team were dealing with a high number of queries so I was happy to wait

I had a problem with my on-line account…
I had a problem with my on-line account which I could not resolve. Accessing my account via the mobile app was fine but through the web-based route on my laptop, it was having none of it. I submitted my problem via email and was promptly answered by Clover. After a number of emails between her and myself, the problem was fully and promptly resolved. Without her assistance, backed up by her obvious knowledge, it is highly unlikely I would have sorted this out. Please pass on my appreciation to Clover.
