You’re getting me to do a review when i still haven’t received my trims that I ordered about a week ago, which you charged me £20 for. So no it’s not good when your trying to get a project over the line. Hopefully they turn up Monday, but I won’t hold my breath.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the item you purchased was not in stock with any of our suppliers and also has a minimum order quantity. As soon as we became aware of this, we informed you and offered a similar alternative that was available, or a full refund. Once the refund was requested, it was processed, though it can understandably take a few days for the payment to clear.

The won’t deliver to me and there was nothing on there website to say the areas they don’t deliver to.
I made payment paid for delivery 2 hours later I get a phone call to say we don’t deliver to your area.
This needs to be addressed

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. To clarify, our website does state that we deliver to Mainland UK only, which unfortunately does not include the Isle of Man. This is clearly stated on our delivery page under 'delivery options'.
Your order was placed at 13:36, and we contacted you at 14:23 the same day to explain this and arrange a full refund. We always try to resolve such situations as quickly and fairly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
