Our Managing Director, Paul Brayley, started work as an apprentice automobile technician at the age of 16. He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Paul strongly believes in bringing family values to the workplace, and Brayleys offers a friendly, caring, responsible and respectful service to all customers, enabling them to trust us with their motoring needs time and again. Top notch service
Really helpful and communicative people made the whole thing run smoothly. Had a call from the dealership after making the booking to confirm the details and run through past service history to identify any potential items needing particular inspection. Then, when the service had been completed, had another call to confirm it had been done and given an overview of the general condition of the car. All in all a real professional and personal service.

A stress free way to buy a car
Rumen Aleksandrov was a pleasure to deal with. From the start he listened to what I wanted but wasn’t pushy to secure a sale. He was knowledge, took the time to show me how things worked and was thorough with the paperwork. He called when he said he would call and I found the whole process very satisfactory.

Waited 35 minutes to be given the keys when we returned to collect the car.
The car was clearly finished as it was parked in the road at the front of reception!

Russell at the Hemel Hempstead branch…
Russell at the Hemel Hempstead branch was very helpful, from the moment I dropped the car off for its annual service and MOT, until the time I picked it up later in the day. I was kept informed of the progress, including a video of the overall condition of all the important components. Thank you Russell for an efficient and friendly service.
