Worst service ever. You should close shop dear people. You are worthless.
Called customer care and she had no idea what she was talking about. She could not search for the problem and kept repeating nonsense. She said sorry 10 times for mistating facts but still kept refusing to find answers. They destroyed the package returned it to the locker refused to tell me that. OMG have never expirienced such an unprofessional company. So sorry. You should close shop my dears. Let others professional take over. No wonder you are cheap. Cheap doesn't make it good after all.
One star because there is no Zero stars.. You are not worth a single star

Had 3 packets send through BoxNow (Did not know that it would be sent with them, otherwise I'd have chosen a different option.)
1 month after 2 of the packages were sent, they were returned from Greece to Romania as it was over the shipping limit to Cyprus(4kg) even through the shipment was originally accepted with the weight.
The third package after month and a half with a "In transit" categorisation went to Lost.
Absolutely terrible customer service as well. Highly avoid using this carrier.

The parcel containing pharmacy products that I purchased arrived on the afternoon of Saturday, June 22, 2025, at 14 Alexandrou Papanastasiou Street, Sykies, Thessaloniki.
The etiquette on the outside of the parcel was the right one ( it had the name of the pharmacy store and my name and address)
The contents of the parcel, which were dietary supplements worth €56.18, had been stolen, and in the empty package someone had placed a small frame with the symbols used by the monks of Mount Athos—obviously meant as mockery by the thieves. I was extremely upset, and I will never use this service again.

Terrible Customer Care Service. Although the pick-up services are 24/7, customer care and technical assistance is available on a measly 7-hour schedule. Horrible experience overall as many of their lockers are usually not functioning due to maintenance (for which they do not inform the customers)

I ordered from temu and when I went to receive the package from a locker nearby it wasn't there.
I called box now and they told me that the package was too big to fit in their lockers.
If you can believe it they cancelled the order and returned it to CHINA.....
They didn't offer me any other solution!!!
What can I say.....

The parcel was ready on 07/06 and they received it 10/06, it is 12/06 and still did not receive it!!! Better order it with a courier, this is worst company ever, hire some personnel!!!

Επίπεδο υπηρεσιών και συμπεριφορά προς τους πελάτες επιπέδου Αφγανιστάν. Κατέστρεψαν επιδεικνύοντας προσοχή ταύρου σε υαλοπωλείο 2 πανάκριβα και άψογα συσκευασμένα νομικά βιβλία που είχε δανειστεί η κόρη μας από τη Σχολή της και αναγκαστήκαμε να τα πληρώσουμε εξ ιδίων. Μετά από μαραθώνιες διαπραγματεύσεις συμφώνησαν να καταβάλουν αποζημίωση μόνο για το ένα βιβλίο 70 ευρώ, και επί 4 μήνες ήδη δεν έχουν δώσει ούτε δεκάρα ,παρά τα τηλεφωνήματα και τα μέιλ διαμαρτυρίας μας... Γράφουν δηλαδή τους πελάτες στα παλαιότερα των υποδημάτων τους! Πλήρης ασυδοσία και αδιαφορία για τους πελάτες, ιδού το modus operandi της εταιρείας...

I ordered a book. When I took it from the box I found out that one corner was teared off because of the wrong handling and push it violently inside the locker. The result was the cover of the book was destroyed. I complained and send them the photos and their answer was that the wrapping was not good that is a complete lie. Then they told me that this is their explaination of the incident and they can answer if I have some other question. Full UNPROFFESIONALISM. Bad service without compensation for the money they took from me

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω -10 θα έβαζα. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ , ότι χειρότερο από εταιρίες πραγματικά. Στείλανε το δέμα μου σε άλλο χωριό ενώ είχα βάλει κανονικά την διεύθυνση μου και χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΜΑΚΡΑΝ Η ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ

leave in box for 2 working days then ship back to storehouse without any actual warning!? impossible to figure out what to do via the web interface. Foolish customer service. Don't see this company surviving for too long.

Καλά ρε βλάκες για να κάνω παράταση 24 ώρες βγαίνει captcha με εικόνες 8 φορές και αν δεν το παρατούσα πόσες ακόμα;
Συν ότι παραγγελίες από Temu πάτε και τις βάζετε στου διαόλου τη μάνα που θέλουν ένα κάρο δρόμο.

Ότι χειρότερο. Αγόρασα ένα λαπτοπ από μαγαζί της Θεσσαλονίκης Σάββατο. Δευτέρα πρωί το είχαν στείλει με την box now. Έκτοτε μου έδιναν ημερομηνία παραλαβής κάθε επόμενη μέρα. Δηλαδή, την Τρίτη μου έλεγαν ότι θα παραλάβω Τετάρτη, την Τετάρτη ότι θα παραλάβω Πέμπτη, την Πέμπτη ότι θα παραλάβω Παρασκευή. Πέμπτη λοιπόν ξεκινάω τη προσπάθεια επικοινωνίας μαζί τους. Πρώτο τηλ στις 8.20, δεύτερο στις 12.30. Ούτε βγήκαν στο τηλ, ούτε πήραν πίσω. Στη 3η απόπειρα το σήκωσε μια άσχετη κοπέλα η οποία μου είπε ότι το δέμα μου είναι ακόμα Θεσσαλονίκη και δεν έχει κάτι άλλο να μου πει. Έχω επικοινωνήσει ήδη 2 φορές και με το κατάστημα που αγόρασα το προϊόν μήπως βρουν αυτοί άκρη. Ποτέ ξανά με αυτή την "εταιρία".

Για τον ΠΟΥ χάνονται τα πακέτα και δεν σου γυρνάνε τα χρήματα ΝΤΡΟΠΗΗΗ ΕΣΧΟΣΣ🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

They continuously change the parcel location to a box that’s now even near the selected area.

Χάσανε το δέμα. Το τηλέφωνο τους είναι άχρηστο απλά εντοπίζεις το δέμα, αν θες να κάνεις οτιδήποτε άλλο το αυτόματο απλά στο κλείνει στα μούτρα. Δεν απαντάνε πουθενά ούτε σε email ούτε σε τίποτα

I have shipped a mini parcel from the outskirts of Thessaloniki to the outskirts of Korinthos with a minimum of 1.5 euros and my friend received the item in just 48 hours. Everything done from home and legitimately. Taking into account the cost of shipment and the time to complete shipment/delivery along with information provided throughout the process, I regard this service as top!!! Thank you!

More than 50% possibilty (3 out of 5 for me) your delivery to be sent to a different location which is to a much further location from the chosen one without giving you any prior choice of an alternative location which is closer to you.
This leads either to a much later delivery date (if you chose to re-arrange the delivery to a different box) or to mandatory use of transport to reach the new location.

When the local box is full, which is something that happens too often, they ship wherever... Why pay BOX when I have to also pay a taxi in order to get my parcel that has been placed 6-7 kilometers away from my home? Avoid at all costs.
