One of the worst companies I have to…
One of the worst companies I have to deal with.
I have block bookings in a local school where I run a badminton club for 7 hours per week.
The hall is often a mess, I complain and nothing happens.
Light bulbs went out and it took 9 months of complaining to get them fixed.
The storage cupboard is a mess and difficult to get equipment out of. I have been complaining to vivify for about 12 months.
I dont think they talk to the school.
I agreed my bookings for another year. The first invoice has gone up by about 25%. I called to ask about it with 5 days before it was due to be taken. They have done nothing! And now I am going to have to fight to claw it back. Except they dont respond to emails and wont answer their phones.
Thats a lie, they did answer the phone once, but when I said I needed to complain about the price being wrong they hung up on me.
If you can avoid this company then I recommend you do.
I'd you are a school and you want to rent out your facilities, please do not use these people!

Great comms from start to finish
Hired a room at a school in Stoke Newington for using as a base for our film crew for the day. Great comms from start to finish with the Vivify team. Staff on site were super helpful and accommodating. Great costs for the space

Great communication, easy booking process
Vivify overall have been super responsive and efficient. The booking process is quick and straightforward, and Debbie in particular has been fantastic at communicating throughout- any concerns or needs I've raised have been taken seriously and dealt with quickly. The telephone operator
The telephone operator - Roger - was extremeley helpful and made the process of booking many slots very easy when I was unable to due to the poor web page which was not showing slots after August 26.

Semi pro football club - Vivify has everything covered
I’ve been running the youth section of a semi pro football club for the last couple of seasons and Vivify have been fantastic. They’ve looked after our training and matches for players aged 4 to 18. If there’s a problem, they find solutions and are extremely helpful. Darriel & Joe have been brilliant. Delighted to be starting another season with them. Highly recommend.
