We never received the order or the money back

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!! It a big scam and you will not get your money back. I had a big order and now all is lost.
Cant believe there is people like this out there.

Ordered and never received the goods. This company is scam!!!

One big scam. Very helpful initially, everything looks legit. Until you pay and never hear from them again.

Definite scam…. Do not be taken like everyone else

I ordered furniture from Woodland Furnishings on 22 May 2026 and paid by EFT within 24 hours. Despite being given an 18-day delivery timeframe, the order was never delivered.

Over the following weeks, I experienced repeated missed delivery dates, poor communication and eventually no communication at all. When my husband contacted the company, a staff member became verbally abusive and used racist and offensive language towards him.

I reported the matter to ZARC on 30 June 2026 under complaint number "ZRS-16416 – Formal complaint regarding Woodland Furnishings." I provided the invoice, proof of payment, and WhatsApp correspondence as supporting evidence.

Following the complaint, I received a full refund on 31 July 2026 after much effort on both my part and Zarc.

If anyone else has experienced similar issues with Woodland Furnishings, I would encourage you to also report the matter to ZA Registry Consortium (ZARC), particularly if you have evidence of non-delivery, misleading business practices, or other concerns. Multiple complaints may assist ZARC in reviewing the domain and the business's online activities again for potential fraudulent or abusive activity. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in shutting down the domain and protecting other consumers.

I ordered furniture and a delivery date was confirmed and nothing arrived. I was assured it was an error and it would be delivered the week after. I still have nothing. I have now reported them to the CGSO

This company is fake and does not exist! I ordered furniture and the lady "Joanna" was very helpful to confirm the bank details and how the payment should be made. I was receiving constant updates on the order and was even able to change my delivery date! When it came down to delivery I was told it is in secure storage. After many hours of calling and emailing and Whats-app's, I researched and have found all these other complaints of the same nature!

I have since followed the possible procedures through my bank and the police to try to get my money back and to get these people stopped.

This "Company" has robbed me of so much!

100% scam. After the invoice was paid they went silent on email and WhatsApp.

This website is a scam!! I paid over R 23000 for a bed set that never arrived. Don't buy from this site!

Scam. Company does not exist. Reverse image search on images also proved they were copied from West Elm and others.

Beware of this company!!

Order placed on 15th June and ZERO communication on your order even with a delivery date selected and confirmed.
Claims of the server being down every week.
Finally was able to reach someone 2.5 weeks ago and they have come up with every excuse under the sun.

Jonathan seems to be the manager but when you speak with him he doesn't seem to think anything is wrong, he is extremely arrogant and continues to lie.

I was told my order arrived in strand 3 weeks ago and should be delivered to me in Cape Town but still nothing. I asked to go and collect it and was refused for various excuses.

Each time I try to follow up and question why the additional delay from when delivery was promised, they tell me the server is down I have such a laugh because we all know by now there is no 'server'.

At first I thought this was just a very badly run company, but unfortunately I've come to think that this is a scam and I have taken the first steps in taking action against this company.

There is no response to WA's or email so your best bet is the company line. There will be no answer at first but if you keep phoning by the 8th or 9th time someone does answer.

My hope is that no-one else gets caught out by them!

I ordered bar stools on June 9th and experienced repeated delays and shifting stories.

First, they blamed a server issue. Then they claimed I hadn’t selected a delivery date. Now they’re saying stock only arrived recently.

Communication has been poor, with WhatsApp messages not going through, limited responses, phone only answered when calling from another number, and the site goes offline intermittently. But when the site is up, they advertise aggressively on Google.

This has been frustrating and concerning, and I would urge others to exercise caution.

They are quick to be available on web chat and whatsapp to answer and collect payment.
Your can forget about your money and items, the money was stolen and the items never existed !
All phones are off/not responding

The biggest scammers, the mr chetty is threatening and has never delivered our goods and said he will not pay us a cent back. I am now going to open a case of fraud, verbal abuse and threatening me with my life.

This company does not exist, they arefake..they promise delivery then go silent on you after purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON WOODLANDFURNISHINGS EAST LONDON. BIG TIME SCAMMERS

I have logged a police report and our PI is tracking their IP location. Don’t fall victim! Woodland furnishings does not exist.
