Excellent customer service and quality wardrobes. Solid and well made at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will use this company again. Was kept up to date with delivery and the two men who delivered and put the sections together were polite and professional.

Ordered a wardrobe from this company and actually got it quicker than expected. Kept up to date with delivery. Guys delivered this on time and were very pleasant.
The wardrobe is lovely and well built. This should last for a very long time.
Very competitive price as well. Would consider using them again in the future.

At the showroom we met Maj who was so patient with my elderly relative. He was not pushy at all , we were not rushed. He went through everything g in fine detail with her and helped her make her choices for her bedroom furniture .
The delivery men made her feel at ease and out everything exactly where she wanted it to go . Communication was fantastic and the furniture is beautiful . This company is fantastic. Look no furthur , I cannot recommend enough !! Thankyou all of you .

I ordered a pine bespoke bookcase from Woodlands with doors and with the very helpful assistance of MAJ ,who went out of his way to help me , I was able to colour match the bookcase to my existing furniture. Very pleased with the service , workmanship ,guidance including delivery service provided and I will most certainly use this firm for future projects. I recommend them very highly.

Fully informed from the start. They checked my order twice. Let me know about the delivery date, well in advance. Regular updates. The delivery people phoned on the date and they said between 10am and 10.30am. They arrived spot on 10.00am. Brought the furniture into the house. Quality of the furniture is excellent

I've bought wardrobes and a chest of drawers three times from Woodlands furniture. Sturdy,excellent quality and finish, excellent value. Delivered and put together by two very professional gentlemen. Very pleased with the product and service.

We wanted large, quality wardrobes but have issues with access and didn't want flat pack. We contacted this company to explain and they were incredibly helpful and explained that they could bring the wardrobes in sections and construct in the space. We ordered on this basis and they arrived as scheduled, were extremely efficient and pleasant and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The bedroom furniture I order has surpassed my expectations. Well made and solid.

The delivery guys were also very nice and kind. Rang half hr before arrival.

Absolutely Fabulous! Fantastic customer service from ordering to delivery with regular communication throughout about our bespoke wardrobe. Great advice on the extra height needed for an additional rail. A quality, sturdy product made to last...very happy! The whole team at Woodlands furniture are friendly, professional and courteous with Kabir and Ibrar respectively taking care when getting the wardrobe upstairs and positioned . I can highly recommend this company which value customer care as a priority which is increasingly hard to find.

I would definitely buy from Woodlandsfurniture again. I was kept informed every step of the way. I live in a remote and rural area in Scotland and the company took great care in keeping me informed about deliveries. The delivery team were fantastic, courteous, on time having driven over 7 hours from Leeds to me. Quality of the furniture is as expected at a very good price - I did look long and hard before buying from this company. So glad I did. Quality, amazing customer care and very easy and helpful to deal with.

I had several calls from them to confirm my order, the options I choose and information about the delivery process. The unit arrived on time and the delivery guys were very helpful and polite.
A good quality product for the price range compared to a lot of the mainstream stuff you buy from the big high street retailers. Plus supporting a local family run business.

Absolutely excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. I had the quad wardrobe custom made and it's just perfect. I also have the two over six chest of drawers, this is also excellent quality. The delivery had a hiccup because the van broke down but this was very quickly resolved with a prompt reschedule delivery date. I had my furniture assembled and the two lovely chaps, albeit 6am were really efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. I will definitely use Woodlands again and will absolutely be recommending them. Very happy customer.😊

From start to finish we were kept informed on what was happening with our order. The delivery men were very polite and helpful and rang to let us know when they would be arriving.

The only downside was that their website had the wrong price for the metal drawer runners and hanging rails but has now been corrected and when I put my postcode in for delivery prices it said free but there was a charge as I expected but was led to believe that it was free so if that hasn’t been corrected be prepared.

Fantastic furniture, great fitting service, really pleased with the whole product and experience. Would definitely recommend you to anybody.
