I have used BoxNow 3 or 4 times in the past, and have been very saisfied. However, my latest experience has been somewhere between awful and infuriating. I sent a parcel from a large mainland city to an island, which in theory takes 3 days. To my amazement, the service then said 8 days! Despite phoning customer service, there has been no progress, and for the last 3 days, my parcel seems to be in the same warehouse. I personally will never use the company again.

Im truly shocked at all the negative reviews. I’ve only ever had excellent experiences with BoxNow. I use it daily for selling on Vinted, and I’m constantly amazed at how smoothly it all runs.

They do not even worth the one star I put to them. A new laptop has been sent to me via Box Now. It's been 2 weeks and nobody of them is in a position to inform me where my parcel is and what is the problem causes delay. After multiple phone calls and emails, they still have no idea where my parcel is. The customer service tells me what I can see from the app.

They lost my box worth 700 euros
It was a medical supplies supposed to be shipped from Greece to Cyprus. On the phone they were telling me that the box it’s on its way. After 3 weeks they told me that the box is lost
NEVER AGAiN stay away from them

Terrible experience, they accept to carry items of high value but then their employees steal the packages and then they keep reviewing only to say they can offer a small fraction of the cost as reimbursment, just 100 euros. YOU NEED TO STOP ACCEPTING ITEMS WORTH HIGHER THAN 100 EUROS THEN

They broke my item.
I see the van drivers drop the packages like they don't care, all the time. The customer support just told me to package it better next time.. I packaged it very good, the only reason for it to broke is with bad handling.

What a load of crap! They sent me two different collection points for the same PIN, and the PIN is INCORRECT! I tried both points several times and carefully, but the same "incorrect PIN" message keeps appearing. I tried to contact them by two emails, phone, and even within the app, but NOBODY ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible shipping times avoid at all cost

The delivery via BoxNow resulted in an empty locker, with no parcel delivered as expected. This incident raises serious concerns regarding the company’s reliability and handling procedures. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when using their services.

Γενικώς, ικανοποιημένος παρά τα όσα γράφονται και ακούγονται. Συσκευάζω σωστά με μπόλικα υλικά και ταινία συσκευασίας, διαλέγω μέγεθος θυρίδας που να χωράει το προϊόν με χοντρή συσκευασία, γράφω πάντα σε διάφορες πλευρές τον αριθμό αποστολής, οπότε δεν έχω μέχρι στιγμής, ούτε απώλειες, ούτε φθορές. Είναι εξαιρετικά value for money για αποστολές αξίας έως 100€. Επίσης, είμαι σε μια ομάδα στο facebook για τα κουπόνια της box now, οπότε αγοράζω πάντα χρησιμοποιώντας τους μεγαλύτερους εκπτωτικούς κωδικούς.

In the last few months , I experienced delays up to one week in the same town and they change the lockers, without being informed in advance. Enough is enough.. Never again

Amazing service - very fast, it’s the only one I use in and out of Greece! and even if it gets lost or the locker doesn’t open, the phone center helped me asap!

Πρόσφατα παρέλαβα δέμα από το εξωτερικό μέσω BoxNow. Έλαβα κωδικό για να το παραλάβω από θυρίδα, αλλά όταν τον πληκτρολόγησα, καμία θυρίδα δεν άνοιξε. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά και μου είπαν ότι θα το φροντίσουν, όμως δεν έλαβα νέο κωδικό.
Στο σύστημα τους το δέμα εμφανιζόταν ως «παραδοθέν», ενώ δεν είχα παραλάβει τίποτα. Έστειλα email χωρίς καμία απάντηση. Σε δεύτερη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, μου είπαν ότι «δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα».
Μετά από περίπου μία εβδομάδα, επικοινώνησε μαζί μου ένας άγνωστος, ο οποίος με ενημέρωσε ότι μια κυρία βρήκε το δέμα μου σε μια… γλάστρα δίπλα στις θυρίδες, με εμφανή τα στοιχεία μου. Τελικά η κυρία αυτή μου το παρέδωσε, όχι η εταιρεία.
Η όλη διαδικασία με άφησε χωρίς καμία εμπιστοσύνη στην BoxNow. Θεωρώ ότι το περιστατικό δείχνει σοβαρά προβλήματα στην ασφάλεια και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών τους, και δεν σκοπεύω να συνεργαστώ ξανά μαζί τους.

Item & Money was lost :(

I made a mistake with the Adress. I sent from a place that I was a package to myself in my hometown. Since in the website it is not clear which adress you can add the sender or the receiver's and I put the receiver Adress the one that I would sent it from, that means the package never moved from the box. I talked lots of times with the customer service,that they are not even trained and after many discussions they told me that since it is going to an island the price is different(although the price is not different if you start the process to send in an island). They could not do anything. I told them I would pay more, they told me it is not possible because their system does not work like this. Anyway I had to send someone to pick it up for me and I had to send again. I just lost the money and a lot of time. Mine and anothers person too. Unacceptable

Ich kann Ihnen versichern, solange Temu nur mit Ihnen zusammen arbeitet, würde ich in Griechenland NIE wieder etwas bestellen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Warum holen Sie die Pakete bei 32 Grad nicht selbst ab und bringen Sie es zu mir nach Hause ??
Sie müssen nur 1,8 km hin und zurück und schleppen 25 Minuten ! wie wäre es damit??
Sie können aber alle 3 Pakete per Taxi nach Hause zu mir liefern lassen, die 5€ zahle ich auch selber !
Auch wenn Ihnen es schwer fällt, haben wir Kunden die Macht und werden dafür sorgen, dass Sie flexibler werden oder aufhören.

Clueless people not caring about the customer. They returned my package to the sender after not receiving it for 2 days. Not even a single phone call to let me know that the package was there. Not sure why this company have made it to europe

Worst comany ever.. they never bring my package to the pick up point what i choosed. Now i must drive 25 minutes to th other side of the town.Never will use them again.
