I have a locker at 500m and they sent my package 3km away at Athens. Are they nuts? Will use a different service from now on

We are a business partner using their services for our e-shop. Until today, all went smoothly. Because the customer missed the pick-up date, they sent the return email instructions to us, but with exactly the same location! (which is in a different geographical area). And so, we gave the customer the PIN (as we thought it was for them - being the SAME box). Customer picked it up, never paid, and the service we received was "We will try to notify the customer". We are very sorry to give such a review, but they could at least accept responsibility of their mistake. Be cautious... that's our advise

Every time they send the packages to wrong place. Not just another area but another municipal. They never answer the phone. The worst company ever.

I suspect the bad reviews on here are because people sometimes only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience. I had a parcel delivered to a Boxnow locker and the process to collect it was really easy. I could open the locker straight from my phone, no need to even enter a PIN.

Πολύ κακή εμπειρία με το BoxNow. Η εφαρμογή μου ζήτησε να ανοίξει αυτόματα το ντουλάπι, το πάτησα, αλλά δεν άνοιξε ποτέ και παρ’ όλα αυτά έδειξε ότι το δέμα παραδόθηκε. Δεν απάντησαν στα τηλέφωνα, δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ πίσω όπως υπόσχονταν και δεν απάντησαν ούτε στο email. Δεν μπορώ να εμπιστευτώ ξανά την υπηρεσία.
Very bad experience with BoxNow. The app asked me to open the locker automatically, I pressed the button, but the locker never opened and it still showed the parcel as delivered. They never answered the phone, never called me back as promised, and never replied to my email. I can’t trust this service again.

A friend sent me a laptop and received an empty wallet instead. The customer support is terrible and never seen worse. The package is probably stolen from BOX NOW employees as every valuable item gets stolen from the company. Totally clowns, never to be trusted. Stay away from this company.

They cancelled my package because they said it was "too big" and couldnt fit in their parcel. The worst company dont trust them

I m pleased with box now in general the only issue is that they hardly ever deliver at the boxes that are close to me. They always sent me a text that my chosen locker is full and they deliver it to another one which is like 2 km away... besides this inconvenience, I m pleased. They are fast and my packets arrive in good shape

I've been waiting for a whole week and still isn't at the location it needs to be, don't recommend at all. Use other postal services

In the past it was my favorite company but nowadays that they have a lot of work in there doing great business-wise they have become careless they don't care about packages they break everything and they are very arrogant and liars. They cannot be trusted anymore, even to carry an envelope.

I went to deliver a package, I open the locker, and I see someone else’s package inside! I call the costumer support and they told me to put the package inside and just close it, but they didn’t specify NOT my package beforehand, so it was too late, then I cancelled my order as they told me to do so, few days later they say the package was delivered to the recipient even after calling them to confirm, but the recipient said the PIN was invalid and it’s not delivered! Ridiculous! Don’t deliver expensive packages with this company is my advice, unless you’re willing to take the risk.

I don’t know about you all, but I never had any problem.
Box now is very fast and they have lockers everywhere(Athens).
Time is money so waiting in a line to get your parcel was not ideal back in the days.
People like me that had no problem wont visit this site to leave a review. Thats why its full of bad reviews.
Anyway, sometimes i have seen myself errors on the lockers like some of them are wide open, but never happened to me.
Also, they come and clean the lockers. There was a locker in Metaxourgheio that had human waste on and was cleaned rapidly after we called.

Infuriating this time. The machine in my village stopped working last week with all the parcels inside. Made 10 calls, wrote 5 emails to no avail. It's like talking with machines. Instead of sending the technician to fix the machine they talk various nonsense. Incredible quality of service. Never again.

It was a awful experience, as they are not helpful and customer service ladies in Cyprus were rude and unhelpful and very unprofessional behaviour. The product was with them but denying to deliver. These companies with such attitude should discontinue their services.

Paid Temu for delivery to my home. On Temu receipt home address is correctly shown as delivery address.
Box Now changed the delivery address on their own initiative to some Box Now mailbox many miles from me and want me to go pick it up. No reply to telephones, no reply to E-mail form. Is this fraudulent behaviour?

Worst courier in greece..would rate it 0 if possible!!! and their customer support is not any better (both email and call).. Would avoid dealing with them and would advise anyone against it as well.

Πολύ απογοητευτική εμπειρία. Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει την BOX NOW δεκάδες φορές στο παρελθόν χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, πάντα γρήγορη παράδοση και σωστή ενημέρωση.
Αυτή τη φορά, όμως, ένα δέμα με αριθμό αποστολής 0764052552 παραμένει σε εκκρεμότητα πάνω από μία εβδομάδα χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση ή εκτίμηση παράδοσης. Δεν ξέρει κανείς αν το δέμα έχει χαθεί, κλαπεί, παραπέσει, ή που είναι.
Έχω επικοινωνήσει επανειλημμένα χωρίς ουσιαστική απάντηση. Το προϊόν ήταν δώρο και η καθυστέρηση το κατέστησε άχρηστο.
Λυπάμαι πραγματικά, αλλά αυτό που συμβαίνει είναι απαράδεκτο για μια εταιρεία που διαφημίζει “άμεσες παραδόσεις”.
